We might play against them in a friendly since Copa America has invited Japan and Qatar to the tourney.

Leave this thread here please...his departure was quite abrupt to say the least.
It's really binamak that there was no official gbye party for him...come on...and we consider ourselves number 1 in mehmun navazi.
Even a small garden party with TM, chayi shirini would have been better than nothing.
Strange.Keep calm and believe in Fairies and Footballers Roxanaz

Queiroz was earing 30 percent less managing Iran and his "critics" were decrying his "extravagant" salary. He could have earned that much coaching a university team. That's in addition to occasionally spending his own money to cover expenses that were not his responsibility. It just shows that money was never his priority. Ironically, Iran could have probably extended his contract for the same salary--of course his was worth more--but they thought they had better options. let's see how they can fill the void now.

Indeed, as someone else mentioned; look at the reception, the settings, the broadcast.
He aged in Iran - he stayed for the love of Iranians as people but certainly not our corrupt federation or leaders.
We love CQ and will follow him wherever. Meaning, we won't bash him if Iran finds success under another coach, or Colombia doesn't become an overnight success story per se.
It means, we Iroonis love you unconditionally!
