I think after many years of waste its time now to take a drastic changes in out football
i think ift woudl be in teh best interested of our future that players like daei, kia, hashemian, karimi ect..a;ll retire from teh national team
the fact that all this years the national team didnt succed with this players mean we need new blood and something different
sometimes if there is no chemitsry beetween players nothing helps
see korea and japan
all this years the play in all the tournments including asian cup with u 21 and u 23 to pmake this players ready for bigger task while we use the same line up fro 10 years and wondering why cant we beat this teams
because they are real teams and not names
everytime japan playes with yung players then win when all they stars play the lose because names in todays modern football doesnt mean anything
all its counts is performing well
first we nedd to reach japans and koreas level which may take 4-6 years tahn we can talk about othet things later.
we need facilities, we need great youth coaches from holland france andsouth america and we should stop hiring east european coaches becuase they are used to old systems as we saw again last few days
until we dont have astrong youth programm we will never be somone in world football korea and japan worked over 10 years to be where they are today

the olympic quali showed that even with out best team ever we lost twice to korea home and away
