In your opinion what should the IFF's decision be regarding tm head coach?

ask GN nicely to quit and thank him for his services, bring in a more experienced coach (foreign coach) and plan a month long camp in late spring in a nation with similar climate conditions to singapor, thailand and vietnam,,,let the new coach be in full control on picking players...
plan at least 4-5 friendlies mean while with 2nd degree european and top asian sides.

true but we have not see the results of that team yet,,,besides a few friendlies and some good game, the team has not competed in a major competition,,,let's wait a few months and see how our omid team does in Doha.

I don't think we should limit ourselves with Simoez. He is a good coach but surely there are better coaches than him. I think we should try to find a better South American coach. The second option should be finding a better european coach than Simoez. Simoez should be our third option.

We need to hire a disciplinarian top level coach.

as TOND as that may be, its true, so far ghalanoye has been keeping us happy, disregarding the decision to kick out some of our young talented players

yeah but we dont have MUCH time till Asian Cup. after the asian games,, about 6 months, soo we cant wait too long

ideally, if IFF can spare enough money, they shd get a high ranking european ( preferably french or dutch ) coach.
as he has enough time to get to know our football, its nature & style , players, clubs, ... and implement his own ideas.


but realistically speaking IFF wouldnt have or wouldnt spare this money.
so the next best thing is to hire Denizli who already knows our football, players, mentality, ... , and has had a good record in turning team for the better.

1) I say we should keep GN. we are in a lucky situation where we have an good iranian coach available, who is not a bit worse than some european coaches as TM-coach.
untill now I have nothing to criticize about him. I'm even very satisfied. his team works, the players translate his tactics, which are good and senseful, in the game and with growing number of matches and practice-sessions the playing culture will rise and we will see a faster game.

2) If someone wants to get a foreign coach, please stay away from european coaches. they are arrogant and those who would coach iran have already coached 100 different nt's and iran would only be one station for them.

and in my opinion southern american coaches are superior. I loved it how villareal upset whole europe with their columbian coach (I'm pretty sure he was columbian). they had a rather weak team but always managed to dominate their opponents and that in their stadiums

that will happen to iran as well, ONLY when the team is a team,, not like a bunch of players in the same jersey, but we need a TEAM,,, like '98 or the Omid of 2002 (busan games), they were amazing.

I chose number 3
but the most important reason for me is the formation
I just hate this 3-5-2 and no one is happy about it. mahdavikia hates it and there is no kaebi which speeds our game and combines with mahdavikia perfectly. All the teams in the world are playing with 4 back, almost all.....I don t understand why we re not?
Ghalenoie always wants to be different and win differently. And by different I mean in a bad way.....
