    Andranik

I don't know if you guys watched his recent performance in Bolton or not. This is what I observed from his performance:

1, He is a "TEAM" player. He is completely serving the team.

2, His fitness is above even EPL, he constantly runs from min 0 to 90+.

3, His destructive game is superb.

    4, He lacks confidence.

5, He is not a player who can change the scoreboard big time.

6, He needs to work on his "game reading". His passes are not in play-maker standard, however he passes safe.

7, He is not a right or left midfielder as he lacks dribbling in higher standard.

8, With Nekonam and Karimi in Team Melli, I am not sure how we can fit him in the squad. Maybe we can put Karimi in the left MD.

Over all, his score is high in my book.

    Cheers,

A wonderful assesment of andranik overall that i completly agree with. In regard to points number 5 & 8.

#5. you are absolutley right and i belive his attacking/scoring ability is not all that. the argument could be the two goals he scored against doncaster (magnificet goals btw) show's that he can attack & score. I personally belive he needs significant work on shooting & keeping his head over the ball, ive noticed he has a tendancy to pull up a bit & send shots high & wide. but he can definatly help w/ the attack.

#8. Unfortunatly playing karimi on the left would be the best solution. The problem is that Karimi is pretty unconvincing @ LM. Zandi is just too slow to play LM and he doesnt deserve a call to TM @ this time. if only there was some sort of decent football infastrucutre for iranian youth's we could find a good D/WBL A/ML something! in a country of 68 - 70 million.

i think forming a strike duo consisting of hashemian and karimi, and recruiting shojaie to the left, with kia on the right, and ando and nekounam in the middle of the park may be some sort of a solution?...it's possible i suppose...of course, to be a winger, u have to be speedy, and you have to be able to put in some quality balls, im not sure shojaei is quite capable of that yet..but he has a lot of skill, and could do some damage on that side, who knows

or, perhaps kia could play left winger, with kaebi as right winger?
We thank and support Mr.Kamran Delan for many years of dedication and service to Iranian Football Community.

          100% accurate. thank you

what worries me is that, andranik is becoming more and more "english" and doesnt fit into our team anymore (like you said it). as you could see in the belarus-match, he was something completely different and he even partly destroyed the game of the team.

TM is a team which practices ball-keeping and secure build-up. but andranik, who was everywhere, always took the ball and started fast counter attacks. and so he was alone with the strikers against the defense. the rest couldnt follow him and stayed in the defense.
this created a game only consisting of defense and attack - very english

about the formation: 3-5-2 and 4-2-2-2 (if you want a 4-men-defense) are the best solutions for TM

I would also like to add to those points, if I may, that he isn’t quick enough in reading player’s runs and running into space himself. by this I mean players run behind him with out him realizing it or he doesn’t run into certain areas were he can create a or score (for example running down the flanks). His enthusiasm and energy is second to none in TM or Bolton. He has all the makes to be a great central midfielder I think he needs to work more on his tactical and positional play.

He is good and he runs a lot. But he just lacks creativity.

                  Here is your answer:

He is not presenting himself to receive the ball in critical areas such as penalty box. Besides, his passes has no "risk" which makes him "too safe".

saying all of these, by his first goal, and also playing more in EPL, he gains the confidence.

                  Cheers,

                      i think he's doing great...

he has adjusted very well and it takes a little more time for him to be able to do all the things you guys want him to do

If you guys watch other players in EPL with the same way you watch andranik then you'll realize that they do the same mistakes occasionally and thats ok.

Premier league is full of mistakes and wrong passes cuz they play so fast, so its natural.

I belive Teymorian will become a fantastic player.!!
He is only 23 years old.!! and i belive next season where players like Campo will most probably retire, Allardyce will be wanting Teymo to step up in that role.!!

Teymorian still has nothing on our other young defensive midfielder Javad Nekounam...
