My humble opinion about the on-the-field problems with perspolis.

1- Mostlay average players , with one or two over average to good players.

    2- Antiquated tactics.

3- Poor defensive playing ( man marking ) and offesive players (poor finishing) .

4- Confusion iin tasks between players.

I honestly dont think that you need to be an Einestein to figure out PP's on-the-field problem.

If the problem is not with Parvin , not with Ebrahimi , Not with the players , not with Tactics or motivation.....Then what the heck is Perpolis doing in the lower end of the table.???
Certainly I did not say that PP's ONLY problem is lack of motivation, but what else can it be? Both Parvin and Ebrahimi were on the bench for the Bayern match, and they are always on the bench for the league matches, are they not? Parvin's coaching ability didn't suddenly sky-rocket against Bayern, did it? I think there is much more to it than what we're discussing.

You have seen PP play in the league. Do they play better or worse than they did against Bayern? Motivation, Maij Jan, at least to me, is the key to someone's success or failure. If you want it badly, you're gonna get it. As cliche as it is, I firmly believe in it. Albeit, the league problems are numerous, we saw the PP (if they truly want) can play upbeat football. As long as they mark their man on defence and on aerial challenges, they could come back to the top again.
We thank and support Mr.Kamran Delan for many years of dedication and service to Iranian Football Community.

here's my question from you maij jan, I agree with the factors you mentioned above, but who is the main force behind the problem? why is it that these same players show how well they can play against Bayern, but fail to be a team when they play Shamooshak or Fajr? I can't see any other factor but the coaches on the bench for the problem.
It is a coache's job to make a "team" out of individuals. Something Ibrahimi/Parvin have failed this season and just looking at how many times they have failed as coaches during the second half of the matches this season(nimeye Morabian) proves my point.

Without a shadow of doubt , it is the coach's reponsibility and he , in my opinion , has failed to answer the aspiration of the club supporters.

the topic is the game against BM!!
None of the factors you mentioned was evident as the lads played exceptional in all of those alleged mistakes or problems that you mention!
The question at large is how could it be for a team to lose like that to fajr and play that against BM! persepolis did not have those 4 factors you mentioned aainst BM, why?!

Mind you that we are the only team that from players to technical staff have not gotten paid a dime for the past 9 months!!
