I read, with a lot of interest the following article about comparison between
our pro-league, UEFA and some other countries in Aisa. (Researched by
Dr.Khabeery of Tehran Unirversity).
It is unclear if this is the entire article or just the summary, regardless, it
suffers from specifity is just full of general statements which doesn't really
suggest much in improvement. Does it really take a study to say the
condition of our stadiums or pitch is not good as standards set by UEFA?
Or Japan and Korea have much better organized leagues?
Here I give examples of suggestions to improve IPL:
1-We suggest, that clubs participating in IPL give proper attention to iprograms for improvement, and be more sensative in the area of planing!!!
2-Since fans are important part of the game, we suggest IPL come up with
plans to keep the fans attracted and interested in the game !!!!
3-We suggest the league should hire qualified personel .......
I kid you not. This is all as specific as the entire reports gets.
Read for yourself:

Was there a mention of true privatization with incenatives like T.V revenue?
Was there a simple number saying how many football players at various
levels we have in Iran at different age group?
Did this say anything how many fields we have and how many we need to
have a proportional ratio between players facilities and football fields.
Did it say how many coaches and refs we have and what the shortages
are?
There are so many valid questions and issues regarding our football planing
and organization to do research on, unfortunately this report is not the place to look for them.
