That's all. I am sorry if I am not understanding your main point, I am still working on my english despite being in law school lol

No dada probably my English sucks and can't explain my point across.

Does it really matter (at this moment) if GN is the right guy for the job or no? At this moment of time, before the Quarter final game, is it time to air the dirty laundry. Even if you bring Cappello right now, would it make a difference?

Coaching job of TM is a very very small part of the soccer overall progress or regress in Iran. If you want to talk about overall soccer status in Iran, is a different thing. If you want to bash GN right or wrong, be my guest. It is open season on him. Well, it is open season on any coach that will lead our TM. Because our fans won't settle for anything less than 10-0 victory and Iran pressuring the other team the whole god damn 90 minutes.
"When I see the good in you, you get motivated, feel good about yourself and that creates synergy. It creates an environment where everybody can work better together. I think in the Iranian culture it becomes very ordinary to always see the bad in each other."
Afshin Ghotbi ( Former TM Head Coach)

Nasser Hejazi was the Takhti of our football.
Mohammad Panjali (Former PP and TM Captain)

Ali jan we can't really have any long term plan in Iran for our foorball, or as matter of a fact, for anything, so we have to be happy with any kind of short term planning we can get in order to once in a while get something out of competitions and tournaments. I am not trying to bash GN, as much as it might sound that way, be khoda pedar-ko'shtegi hichiki inja ba GN nadareh, all I am saying is that sookhtan dareh ke en teamelli bekhatereh eshtebahat ye morabi javoon va bitajrobeh as dast bereh...hamin, vali give GN 15 years, I am sure he can be a great coach someday and might even be qualified to coach our TM, who knows, but right now, he is not. That's my entire argument...ma ham ke nagoftim edamesh konid, and besides, be khoda Ali jan he is not reading any of these forums and it won't effect his moral, not that he seem to be a person that would care if he was reading our so called 'bashig posts'.
