    for me,
hosseini was the best of the lot. as usual. (7)
mobaali, samereh, aghili, karimi & madanchi were good. (6)

kaabi & Zareh played below their potential. we all have seen far better games from these guys.(5)
same with kazemian ( perhaps the injury had something to do with it )(5)
shojaei's performance was WAAAYY below what he is capable of. it worried me! way too many fouls. what was THAT about? stress? (4)

Mohamadi wasnt tested, so I cant rate him. but I am very happy he got the full 90 minutes. it'll do him good.

niki shdnt have been in the pitch to BEGIN with. his performance proves he shd NEVER, EVER be played in that position, if we are FORCED to play him at all !! (2)
this kind of gets me angry coz we already did have ASADI who could play far better in this post!

the other subs didnt have much time to show much.
I'd have liked to see jabbari and khalili get more time.
meydavoodi and shakouri did utilize their short time well to show some sparks, though.

    ------------------
I absolutely agree with khabalood jan over the matter of shooting.
when a team has guys like zareh, mobaali, niki, madanchi, ... one would expect something like 7-8 shots in each game, most on target.
how many did we have? 2 ?

    ------------------
I also agree with ali over the rating scores.
I didnt really see anything near the potential of the kind of players we have. that's why my best score was 7 out of 10. Although the major factor was the kind of opponent they faced and the circumstances of the game. C.R. was not that strong especially in its offense to test our GK or defenders.

    -------------------
I'm happy to see samereh play so well in positioning and aiding the others. I'm sure he'd be better once he settles in. personally, I'd like to see a 2 forward line up.
especially if we want to score goals. as it is ( must be, no? ) obvious that the single forward formation doesnt bear many goals.
    partnership is key here.

I think karimi can be moved up ( if jenaabe agha ever so desires to move their royal butt more often and quicker ) to partner with either khalili or samereh.
meydavoodi also could be a good one if jenaab-e karimi cant deliver.

we NEED to score and with a lone forward it's not working for us !
our forwards also are not the Henry type to handle that kind of duties and responsibilities.

    --------------------

we MUST get rid of this cursed 4-2-3-1 formation.
it may work for germany, italy , .... X or Y.
but it is NOT working for us.

apart from the cursed lone forward system that hasnt done jack for us, the problem is the coaches who used this , ie. branko & GN , clearly played NAMES into the formation, rather than PLAYERS.
playing NAMES have not borne any fruits for us:
1- pairing up neku next to ando is wrong. we all have talked about this.( we'd do much better if we placed one solid Def-Mid next to a playmaker )
2- niki far more famous than asadi, does not translate to far better performance.

why cant we play a more reliable 4-4-2?
why insist on 4-2-3-1 ? just becoz BIG TEAMS ( ) play it? BIG. FREAKING. DEAL !!!!!
we shd see what SUITS US, not what's in or hip in today's football.
hell, even if 3-5-2 works for us, goddamnit, play 3-5-2 then.
