I totally respect both of these members and for that matter Behzad, Armin Kasra, Yashar Mansoor, ...... .
In a civilized society disagreement and variety of opinion is tolerated and encouraged as a matter of fact. So to make sure it is clear, I have no quirm with anyone.
Like I said, I beleive when Kaz was banned, it was very unfair that only he got banned and not other involved parties by Mansoor. But I don't have a say in that kind of issues.
I got banned msyself twice and despite that, I come back here siince I love football and love to play it and talk about it.
Agha majid and I may have different opinions about many issues, but there is no point in getting upset about things. I have never felt Agha Majid disrespected me or Payman or for that matter any member of PFDC (besides my two bans of course). Unless I haven't followed all the threads (which is possible).

I believe, PFDC could add a policy, similar to ' NFL PLAYER ASSOCIATION '...
In which, that members could be given some minimal say :
    something like this :
If a member is banned,,,some other member friends of him could un-bann him, by provideing loseing thier own 'reps'....
For example, if 5 other members are willing to lose rep to unban a member, they could !
Although, some bans may cost more than others !!!!

        Bahram Jaan;

I think that role is defined to be in the realm of the moderators that are selected for this forum. And for the most part I am very pleased with all of them.

The whole ban thing in a bigger scheme isn't a big deal really and in any system mistakes will be made one way or another.

What bothered me was the idea that it seems certain thinking style is promoted and another way of thinking is strongly and I mean strongly get discouraged. Internet for the first time in human history brought an amazing level of democratization to human being. We all are able to express our opinion and share our thought with a large number of people.

On the internet, usually preventing a certain point of view, means that point of view must have really crossed some serious red line. As you know there are even Nazi and fascit, ultra left, racist web presense. So if these kind of to say teh least contraversial items are beling tolerated, certian point of view about football, can/should be tolerated as well. Or at least if certain point of veiw getting a slap on the wrist, both parties in that argument get an equal punishment.

Having said all of the above, I don't wish or desire to interfere with the job of the moderatores or staff of PFDC. I merely am expressing my opinion for what it worth.

Good, niether am I....and they are doing very good job, particularly comeing from a culture with no history of democrecy , and less civilized. ( both of us included ).
It should however not be a taboo to talk about how things are going.....may be we, non-moderators can come up with some idea that would help them.

seating hours and hours, behind the computer, and reading so much , you have to love it not to get bord.

But, I believe, there is certain created atmospher, ( Not by the mods ), that members feel they need to have a friend among mods to feel more secure in thier memberships.,and a need for a kind of being aproved by them.

As majid e aziz, said, these mods themself are very young, and some of them with very limited experince...yet,they have certain skills, and willing to work for free.................

I like majid, I liked faraz,smanhoobi,martin-reza,leviathan,hadi,hajagha,etc...and ofcourse the webmaster........, for those that you do not care for much....just stay away.

I am glad I am not kicked out,and able to communicate with good syber friends like you......so, I compromise when I have to.

Thanks for the kind words. As far as my bans, I am sure you heard that saying in English "one can't teach an old dog new tricks" I guess that is the story of my life.

Good point, Doctor. Daei is caught up with too many distractions and I sincerely fear that this will impede his ability to coach the national team.

At the very least, Daei needs to leave Saipa. The national jersey needs to be honoured.
Right, as the world goes, is only in question between equals in power, while the strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must.

                Hi Everyone... I am back.

It has been a hectic few days for me , so I apologize for my longish absence

First of all , I am really glad that Ali Agha is here and there is no issue bothering him. I also believe that his post on the subject matter is really valuable and shows his class and quality.

In fact , It is very evident to me that we have many mature , knowledgeable and realistic members in this forum. Exchanges in this forum enriches the standard and I do hope that we all learn from it.

Differences of opinion shall always remain as long as there are living human beings. I do not believe that things should be taken personally. It is very difficult to size emotions , motives and sense of seriousness in posts. A joke can be taken as a serious insult , while a serious message could be taken as a joke.

Within the limitation of written words , I think we members and moderators are not doing a bad job at all despite major differences in opinions.

I know that we have probably hammed the freedom of speech to issue death , alas we should always realize that such freedom stops when the rights of other people are violated.

Anyway , I am glad to experience the good spirit of the members here , it is like a breath of fresh air, Gentlemen....

NOW...let's pick up another fight ....argghhhhh I mean another topic
