    Fathollah Zadeh accepts Rowshans resignation

    http://www.isna.ir/ISNA/NewsView.asp...1167673&Lang=P

    First translation:
Ali Fathollah Zadeh accepted Hassan Rowshans resignation as head of EsEs football academy.

Following temporary closure of the academy for fundamental training at EsEs (basic level) due to lack of support Hassan Rowshan submitted his resignation to Fathollah Zadeh.

Fattolah Zadeh said, Rowshan is among EsEs greats and legends, and has
suffered a great great deal during last year due to lack of similar facility and
support that exists in U.A.E clubs and that caused his resignation.

He continued: It is only proper to thank Hassan Rowshan for all he has done and we hope in the future we can provide proper support and facilities for the likes of Hassan Rowshan so we can use their experience.

Fathollah Zadeh said in the end: Very soon after return of EsEs from the
camp in Turkey, another Football legend of EsEs will be appointed as the head of the academy!!!!!

    ================================================== ====

My question: What are these facilities and support that is available in U.A.E
that does not exist in Iran?

Couldn't FZ, give Rowshan assurance or timetable addressing Rowshans
concern instead of accepting his resignation?

The article states this academy (which is a development academy) has
been temporarily shutdown because of inadaquate support yet FZ says
we will assign an EsEs legend as its head.

    Does this make sense?

I have followed with some interest the development of foundation level football in Iran and in particular the one in Esteghlal since both SS and PP have always been vultures rather than developers of talents.

The fact that Esteghlal has embarked on such project is admirable , but like many projects in Iran , there is always a lot of hype and talk and much less work , commitmrnt , planning and strategy.

Rowshan was visibly frustrated by lack of progress and facilities and his tongue lashing in the media at everyone and everybody was a clear indication that he will not fulfil his obligation due to lack of commitment and progress and specially funds.

Nothing in this news is surprising and it is yet another sad indication that the Iranians are living in fantasy world and think they deserve success without indulging seriously in foundation work for young footballers.

Of course , all is not lost , because clubs like Sepahan and Saipa and to some extent Foolad Khuzistan still have some good set up. It is the big two (SS & PP) that really require work in this department. Sadly , both theses clubs maintain their old menytlity and pay huge sums of money for players of other teams to play in the IPL , while totally neglecting youth teams and development of football within.

As long as the fans are content with such policy , the clubs will carry on such policy.

I think it would be unfair to put PP and SS in the same basket.....
Granted, they both , usualy get thier talents from other clubs.....but, historicaly, " TAJ " , has been much more active in development !
From, haveing secoud ,and third league teams such as Dayhim, and afsar...to , financing, TAJ teams in Masjed solaiman, and ahvaz !!
I remembers, many players of TAJ were home grown talents , many in the past and currant Esteghlal.....................as, PP has never ever, developed any body in its own system..........as matter of fact, I do not know any clubs in Iranian history, to have worked in developements as much as TAJ !

And regarding, Mr.hassan Roshan's resignation : It is so obviuose, it is for Money !................They want Roshan to run the whole system , and bring up lots of talenst, without any money or support. as if only assigning a head for such organisation is enough.Developements require , plannins, camps, travels, hireing coaches, staffs, practice firles, equiepments,etc.........................not, just " Talks " .

this was the only correct point in your expression. they are not and cant be put in the same basket with all the titles and numbers and etc. that persepolis has over the eternal team of the government che shaho che sheykh!

I think you do not know about ahvaz, deyhim afsar etc. They have nothing to do with the topic here infrastructural and talent move in Iran or for Taj...absolutely nothing! ahvazi and khouzestani talents that grew up in there and went to taj or esteghlal are not esteghlals infrastructural produce to claim..smae applies to persepolis inja va oonja from zanjan to hamedan etc..persepolis cant claim them to be their work..

Taj in the shahs era lured almost all of its players with better money and support. what talent and infrastructure are you talking about all the taj greats were playing in charsad dastgah and the jhaki streets of tehran including roshans jabbaris and many more!

In Iran no team has been able to provide constant infrastructural work for many obvious reasons. first and foremost because there is no for profit private work one big end of any team is the government, and some teams because of teh government agent that they are attached to are the beneficiaries of a better budget...simple as that government is just good in ruining talents and teams!

I think it would be unfair to dimiss the role of clubs like Dayheem, Afsar and others that were doing youth developlment and were part of the Taj in the former regime. Perspoleese's claim about Taj enjoying money and support during the Shah regime is true. However that has nothing with the fact that Dayheem and Afsar and other Taj satelitte clubs doing youth development. Look at Taj and even Esteghlal's performance at the youth U19 and U23 level in Iran that speaks for itself.

Taj and PP always recruit from other clubs as well, but that is how it works in all over the world. If your team is supposed to compete year in and out for the title (see Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool in comparison to Everton or Tottenham Hotsupurs), then your team can't just rely on your own youth program and need to recruit players.

Arsenal and Man u have very extensive youth programs, but they recruit a lot as well. Point is recruting for the top teams isn't a proof for lack of youth programs. Middle or lower teams in the table can afford to not recruit as much because there are lower expectations from them.
"When I see the good in you, you get motivated, feel good about yourself and that creates synergy. It creates an environment where everybody can work better together. I think in the Iranian culture it becomes very ordinary to always see the bad in each other."

PP was always " Mordeh Khor " of talents...never,ever, pp developed any body in its own organization..............
while taj, ( although, unfair because had governement support ) was in business of player development...either in Tehran, with Afsar and dayheem...or in "Shahrestans ", with "Taj " Organization and Clubs there.....
That is why, it is not fair, to compare TAJ with PP.
