I find it most amazing day in and day out how people that I know they have the knowledge look otherway just to satisfy their other needs! or better to say lack there of!

every point that DD made is right on the money in my opinion.
    deerooz, emrooz, farda
    zeeremonan
    sheeshtayeea
The only dynasty of iranian football. ( At least three back to back championships define dynasty, we had moreTeam of the people by the people for the people that fills up 100k stadium like its nothing.
Future of true professional football if any in Iran!

Now, more than ever, our TM needs friendly games ON FIFA DATES, not the garbage WAFF crap.. Real friendlies on real fifa dates so the coaching staff can have all the players that they want present.

Our team plays like they just learned how to play football a month ago.. Rahmati is what stands between us and 3 straight losses.

having said all that, I believe that our coaching staff is not heavy weight enough for a national team.

I agree. Some people here want to close their eyes to the reality just to support Ali Daie in line with a fixed agenda. I myself was a supporter of Daie as TM coach, but slowly my personal approval rating is going down.

having said that, its always easy to criticize coaches and football teams and to be honest, we can only dream of having a federation and national team that we had during Dadkan or Safahi Farahani time (not that they were the ultimate saints but at least they and their bosses in the government were more rational and forward thinking people)

Like it or not, our country has deteriorated drastically in every field and aspect in the past 3 years and sports and football is no exception. So we need to live with what we have and only hope for a better future when the country gets out of this shit hole and at least finds the relative stability which it enjoyed some 3-4 years ago.

The problem is that All Asian teams have official matches on FIFA day. Look at the schedule and you will see that only few days in a year that FIFA days are free of official competitions for Asian teams.

Anyway , that means that IFF needs better long term planning , rather than suddenly waking up and deciding that friendly matches are required.

Despite the importance of friendly matches, I personally believe that the non availability of the legionnaires , except for a day or two before a match, is more crucial. That was evident in UAE match , where both Nekounam and Shojaee in fact did NOT train properly with the team. Their practice session was a day before the match and usually this type of training is called recovery Training" consists of light training.

On the other hand , with the tight schedule of the League and the constant complains of the clubs when asked to release the players , the problems keeps mounting.

I don't think there is a perfect solution to address all the problems. The way professional football is going and the pressures to complete a season , is taking its tolls on many teams.

Team Melli needs to live with it and such unsatisfactory performance will be seen more often than not.

You are excused for thinking that behind every little thing there is an agenda and a plot. Certainly the way the society behave in Iran, such feeling is prominent , as the people themselves behave that way. The feeling of comradeship is turned into feeling of "What is it for me" , priorities have shifted from common benefits to individual interest.

When in a club like Perspolis , people stared plotting against Ghotbi from day one , and I am talking about within , then you are certainly excused for having such mentality of agendas and plots.

Remote or proxy management seems to be the day-to-day entertainment of many people. When they are on the other side of the fence , they have grand ideas and perfect solutions. But put the same person on the opposite side of the fence (The management) , it is not a shock or a surprise to see that this person plans hardly works in reality and his imaginary perfect solutions , which has been tried by others , does not function and more importantly his courage and outspoken character suddenly turns into a scared shaky and nervous character who is afraid to make crucial decisions.

This is the real life I am taking about , not street talk.

How many presidents or politicians have promised so much while out of office while failed to deliver while in power, not because of their incompetency in many cases , but because of prevailing difficulties and systems that seems way much more complicated when directly tackled.

Suddenly , it is not as easy at it seems from outside the fence.

Yes, we all have grand ideas , but it is nothing compared to reality when a persons holds power and responsibility.
