ZZ jaan you need to calm down, for what is worth, I find all of the Members posting in this thread of highest quality and a great asset to F+ and PFDC Web site as a whole.

As far as I am concerned "Disagreements" and "clashes" are healthy and produce an advanced community.

My Special thanks to these men for making this forum an enjoyable place. And for speaking their mind with courage.

I'm quite neutral to this issue and see both rights and wrongs on both sides of this matter.
But majid jan came up with two gems in his posts ( as usual ) that make a lot of sense :

There is a local proverb that goes like this “ people always throws stones at fruit bearing tree” reflecting the more productive the person is , the more people like to rob him (or undermine him). No one bothers a guy who has no role in life and keeps himself to himself.

Yes its the fans house.. its their house but I pay the mortgage and clean the mess and cook for everyone so I am the servant of the fans and not Iranian football you say!!! bebin aghaye zz, you are unfortunately acting distracted here for what reason I don't wanna know. if you want to get the concept, invite everyone to your home, then I show you what I mean. because it doesn't matter what I, Mansoor or Majeed say, I see you go on with your own thing. So no more explanation here. because a mature person should be more intolerant to abuse. and who said I am humble or any management has to be humble? we are not running a church here and we don't want to be elected for any governmental job.

I tell u if this site is down for a week due to any reason, the same fans will leave this site and go to our competition so what loyalty and what love? and since when any Iranian really cared about anything but themselves?? the fans that you do all this for, will not hesitate to leave you and go with a new one in a flash.that's very standard amongst Iranians. I have been running this site for more than 10 years and if I total the donation and help from the same members it does not become 200 dollars total which is only good for one month of the costs of this site? so how could they own something they don't even care about??

I have been noticeing you for the last 4 years, through this cyber space , and have , become fan of yours........
From, your Good looks ! , and Nice songs !, to your Highly intelectual , humble,and humaniterian threads you initiated in General forum !!( which one can easily see your peaceful heart ),...From your " Gift "( PFDC ), to all of us , to Your general fairness you have dealt the members with.....( Which in my opinion is the real reason for PFDC's advantage over the competition ), ...from " Cooking,& cleaning the mess for the fans ", to being avangard ,and haveing the vision for such thing as PFDC,....from puting down your own money & time ,..to gathering nice hard working valenteers ,........and also, from only twice , Our telephone conversations, 4 years ago, regarding TM playing a freindly with ,and invieting the Mexican national team ! ( Do you remember me now ?! ) !!

I assure you kamran jaan, I am not Distracted !, nor am I the enemy of PFDC !....How could I have been ? all of the sudden, after all these years of loyalty !?....I have never, ever, been in any other site , even though, I have often been invited, by ex-members, and ex-MODS !!!,....nor have I ever been warned,or banned, or caused problems here !!

But, if there has been any case, that you have made a mistake......, after all these years, ...(and in my opinion, you have room to make hundreds of mistakes ,not just for being the webmaster,but also because being so right and so good for so long )............Is this case in particular !!

Because, you ,apparantly do not have the correct understanding of what is going on !....and you merely see things, through your debts you might have ,to good valenteer friends, or huge amount of work ,that spoiled members , do n't comprehend ......
I recommand you, to go through this case one more time !,through your own judgement, and not by what some one els tells you ,.. or if you do not have time, leave it alone !..It is not a case of you haveing to choose between MODS or some members !... ......" Please Do not just Shot some good people up ,because it is your house " !
While, your , " Stature " , and " word " is enough, to finish any case in this site !.............But, some how, I do not see that , as the way you had done things here before !

One more time I wanna thank everyone for their support. Particularly I'd like to thank Mr. Delan and Mr. Panahi for their words, not only in support of my volunteer work but also to remind me that "there is a hope", even as little as there is.

Aghaye Bahram aziz some where mentioned that Mansoor may not need Kamran's help with his words but I wanna emphasize that I badly need help to realize there are enough reasons for me not to give up on Iranian football as many reasons such as these types of mentality displayed here as well the dirty "inside" of our football is dictating me to move on and move away from such a hopeless case ....

Just to show how ridicules this thread was, I am going to open up a new thread similar to this one with a touch of dark humor for you to see how far off some people are. While I personally don't like these type of threads but sometimes you have to show someone's true intention through his own words.

My trips in and out of town would dictate when I can find time but the thread more than anything else will also open up another dimension in Ghotbi's topic that I was planning to present any how. But this way, I will combine it with this topic here to show how "bias uses bias as an excuse to stay bias"! Also, hopefully more of my writing on Ghotbi topic will increase my "low" ranking of 70% dedication (to some) in this revealing and educational topic toward 100% ....

Maybe it all got lost in translation to the English and coming on text. No one in PFDC underestimates your work and doesn't appreciate your role in PFDC, Zendgifootball, etc. But does that mean, we should just totally agree with everything you say? I for one raised a conceran about his personal life being brought into limelight. You may disagree with that, but that doesn't mean, I don't appreciate your work.
There were issues raised about your focus on Ghotbi vs. other issues. This was a point of view and you can take it into consideration or disregard it as you deem suitable.
On this Ghotbi issue, it seems you and other insiders may know things that I and many F+ members as football fan don't know and aren't privy to, so please don't expect that we see the events and interpret them the same way (based on your inside knowledge see). If you want us to see the events for what your poinst of view, show us/share with us some of that inside knowledge.Maybe some times is needed so emotions subside and in that light you will see that more than 99% of posts were criticisem (justifed or not) and not an attack on you personally. At least that is how I saw it. Maybe I am wrong.
Without apple shinning, or Kaseh Lisi, your work speaks for itself and to best of my knowledge not a single soul in F+ or PFDC general denys your abilities. At times there can be disagreement, but I hope you don't take the disagreements persoanlly. As I am sure you are familiar with basic feed back giving that is though in corporate America, one must criticize specific action not the person. I tried to follow that, and please show me if I have don otherwise and I correct it.Certain aspects of your letter was criticized, this by no means, inidicates lack of appreciation.
