I think there is plenty of reality for all the players to feel the weight of the situation. PLENTY of it.

so much that there is no need to add "ppl's lack of trust and lack of confidence in them" to the fray.
Do make the distinction here. there is no "digging heads into the sand here". everyone is quite aware of the dangers & gravity of the situation.

But to undermine a team's morale, just when we shd boost it to craete some little chance of overcoming the odds, is plain crass and destructive.

you can claim a poll to be useless (asking information or trying to gather data on what is already known)

but you can NEVER claim a poll is destructive. A poll is a poll, it measures info and gathers data regarding a certain subject. A poll result might not be of much use (ie, confirming what is already known or guessed to be true) but it CANNOT be destructive.
You can go out during noon and ask people if its day or night. That is a pretty useless poll, but it will reflect the results of what the people think about the question and we naturally expect the answer to be : Its day.

This guy is an actor and a fraud and is an expert of using facial gestures and smart way of talking.

here's something hadi may understand.

a couple of nights before ur final exam in whatever field. you know this exam is a crucial one and lately you've suffered a couple of set backs and u'r not morally upbeat at the moment.

then you have ur dad, mom, siblings and a few others gathered at ur house express utter lack of confidence in u being able to pass the exam. they're all "oh but you'll fail" "hadi jan ke nemitooneh", "hadi? pass this exam? hahaha", ... and so on.

if you say that doesnt affect ur confidence in a negative way, then I guess I'm wasting my time here, with you .... coz ur logic sucks and you've shown to be pretty inferior in understanding the most simple notions of reality that even a kid quarter your age would grasp

that IS smart, coz facts are facts.
you cant blame a coach on a team's relegation based on TWO months of his coaching!

and his Omid team, unlike others DID progress to the latter stage ... where others have failed at even that !!

no by smart way of talking I mean:

constantly replying Ferdowsipor with more questions (instead of answers). Acting as if he doesn't understand some of the questions while he perfectly understood most of the questions and their meaning.
Wasting the time by talking constantly about trivial matters and not the main points (i.e How he became TM coach, His salary and contract length, His plans for TM in the future, etc)
Saying quick sentences without ending them (JAV SAZI), repeating a single points many times with different tones of speech,



Regarding the first point, you constantly attacked my understanding (and literally called me a NAFAHM, which is pretty rude and shows immaturity when you call someone NAFAHM in an argument)
This is the first time I have seen such offensive words from you, and I admit, I am very surprised.
