ghotbi better not to have any local assistant, similar stili......we have already had enough soap Opera !
By the way,the following " pase " is what I copied from " Arezoo "'s post in general forum,......she defenetly has a point :
.................................
Arezoo :
My words to Ghotbi....
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I know maybe this should have been posted in football forum but since it's got to do with feelings more than football itself, I post it here.
there were things that i wanted to say to Ghotbi, especially now that he's become our coach but i saw all i wanted to say is said in here.
what do you have to say to him?

Female (club) football is nothing here in Holland.

What I am wondering about is, has he really got more experience than Daei? Headcoachwise not, Daei at least had ACL games as well. As assistant and analyst, yes, but then again Daei had an undisputable player experience.
So in the end we have another Daei. With less beef with current players but also less authority I suppose.

We have advanced to the WC with the bounce of the ball and individual brilliance of players.. 1978, 1998 and in 2006, all the same... It was Parvin to Ghafour Jahani in 1977, It was Azizi/Daie in 1997 and Hashemian/Karimi in 2005..
Who is going to step up this time?
I think Daie for whatever reason could not have that motivational connection to his players.. maybe he was too serious, or too much into himself, I don't know. but his players, most of which were his former teammates, simply didn't buy into his stuff, even though they respected him or feared him.. they were emotionally disconnected..
our players are an emotional bunch (like us) and they need that emotion to cover up some of the things they lack.. we need a stronger motivator.. My hope is that Ghotbi will provide that and the players will buy into it.
of course, I am not saying that motivation is all that it takes, but given our situation, we need some of that..a lot of it actually.Last edited by BehzadB; 04-22-2009, 10:20 PM.

IMO the co-coaching experience weights more than the playing experience.
Being on the pitch as an individual in a team is different than being aside and organize a group ofrindividuals as a whole team.
and having done that with world class coaches

as you can see now, the main impact of the team has to come from the more experienced players in the team and only be SUPPORTED by the new crop. TM's goals scored so far proves that.
So when this bunch feels the disconnect or alienated or not exactly fully into it, the team as a whole suffers.
The supporting cast ( newcomers ) were doing their job, but the main PUSH and THRUST of the team depended on the emotional stability of the experienced lot. and the way daei handled the likes of Kia, Karimi, VH, Madanchi, ... , wasnt really conducive to the issue!
He showed half contempt in using them and thought he could do it with an imbalanced team ( heavily towards inexperience and youth ) ... which was proven fatal. the team shd have been more balanced.
apart from the vets mentioned above, his treatment and attitude towards the likes of zandi, mobaali, rezaei, ... didnt exactly make his case easier with the experienced players.

I realy feel good about Ghotbi, for some reason !
this guy has been lucky......from USA, to korea, to PP.........to knocking off two domestic coaches ,and surviving all odds against him, even when they did not want him.
I have a feeling, he will bring his good luck for us.......
In addition, he represent, a new phenamina,of narrowing the gap between us, out-side Iranians, and Inside Iranians........,
