    well, your new pictures is a 4-4-2. but in this case you can't have karimi there, because basically, he is not a CM type. you will need another player like Nekounam or Bagheri in his old days. Internationally players like Ballack, or Gerard can fill this role, but not Karimi, never Karimi.

        We need time !!
        For many reasons;
        1-Being in transitional period.
        2-So many coaching changes.
        3-Bad decisions by IFF,including bad coaching selections.
        4-Lack of time for same players to work with each other and create chamistry.
        5-Hashieh.
        TM, is not doing what is expected of her, as South Korea is doing....and if we could get lucky, and get qualified ,we will have enough time, to over come the top 5 deficiencies...and come up with a cohesive TM.
        I hope I am really wrong, and maybe I need to change my nickname to DocDoom2 (since the original one is taken), but the way things are, I don't think we even make the third team in our group. Again, I hope I am wrong. The TM I saw in N. Korea has no offensive muscle. If you look at stats, our best goal scorer is Nekonam which is our DM and most of the goals are from set pieces (which there is nothing wrong with it), but it is an indication of the how poor and ineffective our offense has been.

        Again, I hope I am wrong.
        "When I see the good in you, you get motivated, feel good about yourself and that creates synergy. It creates an environment where everybody can work better together. I think in the Iranian culture it becomes very ordinary to always see the bad in each other."
