So Sepahan are out and again GN failed bigtime internationally.

absolutely gutless & spineless coaching by GN.
shabab was in the same desperate situation as sepahan. but they played better and made use of their chances. they deserve to go through.
sepahan had a million goal chances in these games and drew or lost those games only becoz both toure and ridha are freaking retards

I just hope sepahan management really punishes these 2 f**kers

So far his coaching career show the following:

Positive:
- Smart when signing with teams. He plays it very safe and signs with teams that have the financial or other means to get the players he wants.
- Winning or should I say, not loosing mentality.
- Knows the iranian football and how it works very well.
- Using a big staff to assist him in technical matters.
- Protecting his players
- Excellent managerial skills controlling anything and everything around the team using Any Means Necessary.

Negative:
- Modern technical knowledge.
- Using Any Means Necessary (in the points above) casting big shadows and question marks over his character and career.
- Ego.

In so many threads, we all have discussed the coaching for TM, and the system at hand.........and our true potentials,and our true possibilities..
from statemenets from advicat, to currant vacum of talents......from lack of interests from big coaches to come to Iran,...to weather if the would make much difference !...
all said and done : No one deserves the coaching of TM at this moment, any better than : Luka Bonacic
