I think it's generally good. Asian football is lacking discipline everywhere, after some years of harsh punishment and much dollars paid, all people involved will learn.

I agree with you on educating part , but why do you think AFC is in charge of eduaction ??? Surely it is the reponsibility of the club and counntry not AFC.

To be honest , I could not find any real faults in the fines. I do , however , believe that the fines on the rich Arab teams were peanuts they should have been double or treble that , but then again I am not conversant with the disciplinary manual of AFC , so I can't comment.

On the other hand , I wonder what did the interpretor of Bunyoudkar do to get this heavy punishment.
