CQ: what matters the most in terms of a nation's progress in football

Just wanted to bring this up here since we've had quite a lot of discussions on whether we're behind, on par, ahead or what's important or the cause of our failures or ... ( you all know those discussions and topics).
here's what CQ said about the most important factor that determines a team's success and fate:

البته اگر از من بپرسيد، منابع انساني در اولويت قرار دارد زيرا اگر سالن و تجهيزات ايده*آل داشته باشيم اما افراد مناسب نباشند كه از اين تجهيزات استفاده كنند اين تجهيزات فايده*اي نخواهد داشت.
note-worthy to those who discount the important factor of our human resources and merely parrot what idiots like ghotbi use as excuse to cover their failings and shortcomings.

the alternative is the example of uae or qatar who have world class facilities and stadia .... but have hardly made a sound in asia cups or world cup qualifiers.

CQ will soon find out that Building foudations, and IRAN...is impossible.....
It takes more than a wish of a person....such Goals require collective cooperation and efficiency in implementation of systematic plans.........
The Government and the culture, and poletical realities existing in IRAN, will make such wishes impossible.

For the record Ghotbi never complained about lack of stadiums, etc. The man always tried to put a positive spin. At times too much IMHO.
"When I see the good in you, you get motivated, feel good about yourself and that creates synergy. It creates an environment where everybody can work better together. I think in the Iranian culture it becomes very ordinary to always see the bad in each other."
Afshin Ghotbi ( Former TM Head Coach)

Nasser Hejazi was the Takhti of our football.

^ .... while, after his shameful mouse-like display, saying "this is our place in asia and it's not out of ordinary that we lose to japan, skorea, ... etc etc" when there wasnt even a half attempt to change things in TM's favor

So with the current status of our football and how our teams perform you believe that it IS out of ordinary to lose against the likes of Japan, Australia etc? honestly is that what you truly believe?

Oh BTW this question is not to advocate Mr. Qotbi, nor is it to justify his failure in delivering his promise to bring our nation AC Championship!

I'm referring to the attitude of hopelessness and surrender that ghotbi and some other coaches show(ed); stepping into the game as an already-defeated opponent!!!!
and how they bring excuses of what rank japan and korea and australia ... are, or how we lack this and that. yes, we may lack quite a few things in the infrastructure dept., but at the same time we possess a vibrant and ever productive youth, that despite our poor management and lack of interest in youth development, still introduce droves of skillful potentials. which is exactly what CQ is considering as the primary factor .

the thing is we have the raw material. what we suffer from is poor management of this material, starting from managers to coaches at club level to national level.

We already knew,we are far behind in facilities, and management,etc,etc.....
and the only things we thought we had left going for us.....or so we presumed...were, our Fans, and our talents....
But, .....it appears, we no longer have those either.....
QC...says we have failed to build a new generation of talents...
and our stediums are empty more than ever these days.....
so we got absolutly nothing going right for us at this moment.....may be only having QC is considered positive...but then again......with IFF antiques, and QC history of fightings against administrations and federations....and our shaky poletical stabilities.....
I do not see the future bright at all.

There has never been any doubt in my mind that Human Resources is the most important factor in success of football. Of course , it is not always as simple as that , because human resources need managment , development and facilities to give their best.

I somehow have a lot of hope with CQ.

Top soccer players should be kind of like the US navy seals: intelligent, flexible, aggressive, focused, a little mature, and already been pushed to their limits.
