What do players look for in trade market ?

1- Why Nosrati wanted to leave Tabriz ?........and why change from Esteghlal to Perspolise ?.....and why going to a big name team ?

2- Why did Anderanik go to Esteghlal ?

3-Why Mahdavikia,and many others chose Damash ?, while they could have gotten same or more money els where ?

What do players realy look for...?....it can not just be money....

Easy money, no expectation.

it depends from player to player.
for most players, money definitely players a huge role to have a better lifestyle, specially if they are married, which also means that many consider their familis conditions specially if they have kids. finding a place with suitable schools, where family members besides the father and mother where relatives are available so the children grows up in a healthy and loved environment, etc.

then comes the situation of the club, both in terms of how the club acts and treats its players, and its chances of winning trophies and ofcourse, how punctual they are in paying salaries, etc.
ofcourse, the presence of certain teammates or best friends in the squad can influence their decision as well.

another factor would probably be how much competition they would face in each of the teams they are going to join and how much he is willing to risk his position as a fix starter.

and ofcourse, for some playing outside IPL, even if it means qatar or UAE league matters because of more money, different lifestyle and a chance to experience life outside iran i suppose. some of these clubs have famous foreign coaches, modern training facilities and lesser training and working hours. so a more comfortable life.


i think its a combination of above factors, and how each players prioritizes those factors.

in case of Mahdavikia,whom I consider to be a smart guy.......Damash probably had many attractive incentives such as :

1- Money.( although he can get that anywhere in IRAN ).
2-Being in IRAN and getting paid,inseat of living in Europe and unemployed.
3-staying away from Tehran hectic life.
4-staying away from tehran Hashieh.
5- Being By the Beach ( caspian sea) perhaps .
6-And being the top player in the team and most talked about.
7-Away from tehran Polution,in beautiful Greens of Gillan.
8-people like him, would have much more power and ability to get away from trouble for many things, ( legal or illegal ),.. better in smaller cities......and knowing one or two key personel, would help him do things he would not be able to do in Tehran...as in tehran he has to know more power full people and more people to do the same, if at all .
9- and most importantly....perhaps, ability to keep playing and getting paid for longer time,as expectations are less.

didnt watch him play last year, but i can imagine he did much noteworthy..!!!

he is leaving off his reputation and name anymore..! Damash coulda probably gotten a promising under 23 instead of him and saved themselves a ton of cash too..! i suppose they needed the notoriety a bit more at this stage..!!??
