Ever since Maktabi Hosseini got in control of Sepahan, Situation of Saket became question mark.
Today news is not a surprize.
Is this change good for Sepahan?

Hosseini is a Micro manager, not only limited authorities of Saket but became spokesman of Sepahan.
He was responsible for GN departure and he did not like Saket’s initial support of GN.
Hosseini criticized past conduct of Sepahan and certain unspecified misconducts last season. This may not be good news for Sepahan but things may not be as appeared at first.

Speculation:
Last Month Saket was re elected for his position in IFF (Sazman League) and solidify domination of Esfahani officials in IFF.
IFF upcoming election may see new candidates and it may be the reason for Saket’s move at this time.
Kafashian has little chance of running for second term and If he does will face fierce completions. Saket may be one of those candidates

با توجه به استعفای مورخ 5/5/1390 محمد رضا ساکت از سمت مدیریت باشگاه فولاد مبارکه سپاهان این موضوع در جلسه مورخ 18/5/1390 هیئت مدیره باشگاه فولاد مبارکه سپاهان مورد تصویب قرار گرفت و نامبرده به عنوان نائب رئیس هیئت مدیره این باشگاه تعیین گردید.

در این جلسه آقای علیرضا رحیمی رئیس اسبق فدراسیون هندبال به مدت 2 سال مدیر عامل و عضو هئیت مدیر ه تعیین گردید.

بر این اساس اعضای هیئت مدیره باشگاه ، شامل مهندس غلامحسین حسینی رئیس هئیت مدیره ، محمد رضا ساکت نائب رئیس ، دکتر فرزاد زیویار عضو هیئت مدیره ، مهندس بهمن مسعودی عضو هیئت مدیره و علیرضا رحیمی عضو هئیت مدیره و مدیر عامل به مدت 2 سال فعالیت خواهند نمود.

Hopefully he is stepping down for a better reason, both for himself and the messed up state of Iranian football (hoping that he will run for IFF presidential campaign and wins it) at this point and IMHO he is one of the most qualified individuals to run such key position. He has proved this over the years during hisclub management at Sepahan.

Because of Sepahan success, I trust that Saket was one of the rare successful managers in Iran's football. I don't know what percentage of success Saket can be credited to him, but it is wrong to assume that an organization such as Foolad Sepahan depend on a single person on its success.

I do not believe the doomsday scenario for Sepahan.

Yes , definitely it is a loss for Sepahan , but if you look at the bright side , it could be a gain for another team or a federation.

In any organization , people come and go , however , a successful organization is the one that has developed an advance system with an infra-structure that is systematic , structured , capable , proficient and well organized to create an efficient environment to enable any manager to work with minimum of effort.

Most likely this has to do with policy change and budget cut.

مدیرعامل باشگاه ذوب آهن اصفهان از سمت خود کناره گیری کرد تا پس از جدایی محمدرضا ساکت از باشگاه سپاهان، دومین شوک به فوتبال نصف جهان وارد شود و دو باشگاهی که در سال های اخیر جزو موفق ترین های فوتبال ایران بوده اند دستخوش تغییر ات شوند.

به گزارش خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران(ايسنا)منطقه اصفهان با روي كار آمدن هيئت مديره جديد در باشگاه ذوب آهن اصفهان به نظر مي رسد حذف برخي از رشته ها در اين باشگاه در دستور كار سه نفر از اعضاي جديد هيئت مديره باشگاه ذوب آهن قرار گرفته است.
هيئت مديره جديد باشگاه ذوب آهن شامل منصور يزدي زاده، مجيد طلايي، خسرو ابراهيمي، فرشته سموعي و اصغر دليلي مي باشد كه البته سموعي و دليلي در هيئت مديره قبلي نيز حاضر بودند كه با رفتن بابايي، غلامرضا شيران و صالح فروز سه تن از افراد هيئت مديره قبلي، يزدي زاده، طلايي و ابراهيمي جايگزين آنها شدند.
در هيئت مديره جديد طلايي به عنوان رييس هيئت مديره و اصغر دليلي علاوه بر مدير عاملي باشگاه به عنوان نايب رييس و سخنگوي هيئت مديره باشگاه ذوب آهن انتخاب شده اند و سه نفر ديگر به عنوان اعضاي هيئت مديره فعاليت مي كنند.
با اين تغيير و تحولات در تركيب هيئت مديره سناريويي در اين باشگاه در حال تدوين است كه قصد دارد رشته هاي بسكتبال، شمشربازي بانوان و آقايان، وزنه برداري و واليبال بانوان را از باشگاه ذوب آهن حذف كند.
البته آنگونه كه از برخي محافل به گوش مي رسد اين سناريو مخالفان جدي در ميان اعضاي هيئت مديره دارد كه اصغر دليلي و فرشته سموعي از این جمله هستند و در مقابل طلايي، ابراهيمي و يزدي زاده در تلاش هستند كه اين رشته ها از باشگاه ذوب آهن حذف شود.
موافقان حذف اين رشته ها از باشگاه ذوب آهن بيكار ننشسته اند و در ميان مسؤولان استاني مدير كل تربيت بدني استان اصفهان را نيز با خود همراه كرده اند.
در مقابل استانداري اصفهان با مدير عامل و قائم مقام باشگاه ذوب آهن كاملا موافق است و با حذف اين رشته ها از باشگاه مخالف مي باشد.
ذاکر اصفهانی روز گذشته در مراسم بهره برداري از سالن چند منظوره همت آباد به طرح حذف برخی از رشته ها در باشگاه ذوب آهن اشاره كرد و گفت: باشگاه ذوب آهن قصد دارد به دليل مشكلات مالي برخي از رشته ها و تيمهاي ورزشي خود را حذف كند كه استانداري با تمام توان سعي مي كند اين رشته ها را حفظ و از اين تيم ها حمايت مادي و معنوي کند.
اين در حالي است كه منصور يزدي زاده، عضو هيئت مديره باشگاه ذوب آهن در پاسخ به اين سؤوال خبرنگار ايسنا كه آيا چنين طرحي در دستور كار هيئت مديره مي باشد يا خير گفت: به هيچ وجه چنين موضوعي صحت ندارد و من تازه اين مطلب را دارم مي شنوم و به شدت طرح حذف اين رشته ها را تكذيب مي كنم.

These are all proofs,that The government ( The Islamic Republic ), wishes to subsedize all sports through its bussiness institutions,and make itappear as private entities....so, instead of investing in Federations, they use " Zob Ahan ", " tractor sazi ", etc,etc...to develope sports...
.
And at the end.......The Government gives the massage that every one is expendable, and by changing hands at the management keep them reminded.

Zobahan is not doing well and it appears to be for more than one reason.
Due to budget cut like rest of industrial teams they are in crisis unable to fulfill their financial obligations.
Accusation of corruption, arrest of managers has been another contributing factor in their bad results and now it seems troubles has spread to head coach and players.
During last few games during substitutions of few players it became clear Abrahimzadeh does not enjoy same respect from players as before and recently was target of unfriendly chant by fans.
According to reports after losing to Esteghlal there has been infighting between players that ended with police involvement.
From the limited report it appears there is big rift between Esfahani and non Esfahani players of Zobahan. Both Igore and Mahini had come to assist of Flipe when he has come under attack by Hadadifar and others.

Zobahan no longer is united team and unless major changes take place there could be more troubles ahead for club.

درگیری بازیکنان تیم ذوب آهن در فولادشهر

اصفهان - خبرگزاری مهر: برخی بازیکنان تیم فوتبال ذوب آهن پس از شکست خود مقابل استقلال، به دلیل گرفتن عکس یادگاری فلیپ آلوز دسوزا با هواداران تیمش، با یکدیگر درگیری پیدا کردند و این درگیری به کتک کاری هم کشیده شد.

به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، پس از باخت تیم ذوب آهن مقابل استقلال و در حالیکه بازیکنان ذوب آهن در حال رفتن به طرف اتوبوس حامل بازیکنان ذوب*آهن بودند، یکی از هواداران حاضر در ورزشگاه فولادشهر برای گرفتن عکس یادگاری به نزد فلیپ آلوز دسوزا رفت و دسوزا با او عکس یادگاری گرفت. همین مسئله باعث شد قاسم حدادی فر کاپیتان ذوب آهن که از باخت تیمش مقابل استقلال ناراحت بود، نسبت به این کار دسوزا اعتراض کرده و با او درگیری لفظی پیدا کند. هنگامی که این درگیری لفظی اندکی طول می کشد، دیگر بازیکنان ذوب آهن همچون حسین ماهینی در قضیه دخالت می کنند و درگیری لفظی تبدیل به کتک کاری می شود تا کاپیتان ذوب آهن و برخی نزدیکان او با دیگر بازیکنان تیم کتک کاری کنند. برخی حاضران در ورزشگاه ایگور کاسترو را در حالی که در صورت خود چند زخم داشته مشاهده کرده اند. گفته می شود دخالت نیروهای انتظامی حاضر در ورزشگاه فولادشهر در این مسئله باعث پایان یافتن قضیه شده است.

^ too bad, last year's ZZ were truly a breath of Fresh air in Iranian Football in general..!! The only IPL team i found playing Professional, Modern, Organized Team football ..!

saw the PP vs ZZ game earlier this season and it was clear as the day that this team wasnt even shadow of its old self, and it had little to do with just Khalatbari's departure..! they just played like and blended in with the rest of the teams in IPL..!

i never noticed Sepahan really reaching the advanced level of last year's ZZ ..!? yea they went far in ACL twice or more, mostly due to quality squad selections..., yet they never seemed convincingly quality like the ZZ team that lost out in the ACL final..!

this whole episode clearly shows the importance of proper mgmt in pro teams..!

At least ZZ isn't in the threat of relegation. Speaking of industrial teams, the way things look for Foolad they may just end up in the Azadegan next season. I am sensing that Jalali for some reason is not 100% dedicated anymore.

He has two games to quiet angry fans . He will be released should he lose both games.
Tomorrow at home Jalali will face experienced playoff team of Sepahan and on Sunday he will face Saipa . It all depend how much his players want him to stay.He has done all he could and it appear he has run out of ideas and luck. Dog Days of Autumn.

Few years ago when Zlatko was Perspolis head coach there were rumors he had showed up for practice not quiet sober There were discussion , report and denial at the time given sensitive issue. He left Perspolis not for that reason but that accusation did not help.

New accusation from Montenegro indicate Kranjcar problem with alcoholism may be over yet. According to this report which was published in little Iranian newspaper too alcoholism was reason he was fired from his job.

Hosseini of Sepahan made several huge and costly mistakes because his animosity and resentment of Amir GN.
He forced GN out and hired Luka. He fired Luka then Sepahan hired Zlatco. Problems with Luka's attitude, and Zlatko's dependencies were no secrets and have consequences of their own.
Hosseini lost his Job although still with sepahan, but Sepahan will suffer for years to come because of his unprofessional conducts.

So far Zlatko's Alcoholism has not been an issue with Sepahan and more likely will not be serious issue as long as he can win but when he start losing that will become an issue

It did happened not in Iran but Montenegro.
Charge is not casual drink, or even alcohol abuse but Alcoholism ( and there is significant differences between them).

Accuser is Montenegro Football Federation and accusation has been severe enough for him to be fired.

Dejan Savicevic told a local TV channel that Kranjcar "had a problem which we tried to hide, the alcohol problem."
