سایت گل - سردار سرتیپ پاسدار محمد رویانیان ، مدیرعامل باشگاه پرسپولیس شد . او امشب در جلسه هیات مدیره این باشگاه با حضور اعضای جدید که در محل وزارت ورزش برگزار شد به این عنوان منصوب شد .
سردار رویانیان فرمانده سابق پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی و از سال 1387 با حکم محمود احمدی نژاد رئیس ستاد مدیریت حمل و نقل و سوخت است. وی پیش از این از سال 1361 وارد کمیته شهرستان نور شد و بتدریج به فرماندهی کمیته و از آن پس با ادغام کمیته و شهربانی به عنوان فرمانده نیروی انتظامی نور و سپس به عنوان فرمانده نیروی انتظامی مازندران منصوب شد. وی به عنوان اولین فرمانده پلیس تازه تاسیس 110 منصوب شده و تا 1380 رییس مرکز فوریتهای پلیسی بوده* است. پس از آن رویانیان در جایگاه فرماندهی پلیس راه قرار گرفت و تا سال 1384 در این سمت بود تا اینکه در این سال با جایگزینی اسماعیل احمدی مقدم به جای قالیباف وی نیز جایگزین انصاری رئیس راهنمائی و رانندگی کشور شد. او در سال 1387 بازنشسته و به عنوان رئیس ستاد حمل و نقل و سوخت کشور منصوب شد. رویانیان دارای یک فرزند پسر و دو فرزند دختر است که همه آنها ازدواج کرده*اند.
در مرداد ماه 1388 نام او به عنوان جانشین محمد علی آبادی برای ریاست سازمان تربیت بدنی مطرح شد، اما در نهایت علی سعیدلو این پست را گرفت. رویانیان در یکی از مصاحبه های خود از علاقه به ورزش گفته و اینکه در جوانی کونگ فو را دنبال می کرده است

My view on him:

Negative:

1, He is a military person. Particularly as a police force, he might be a big A-hole bring more "Manshor-akhlaghi" into PP club.
2, He has no experience in sport, specially in a popular club.
3, His intention to become PP president might be pure political and make a name for himself.

Positive:

I think by seeing his resume, he must be a qualified manager:
- I rate his work as initiating Police 110 positive. I think this center is one of the few centers in Iran with a decent work.
- Part of the team improving road police. Again, Tehran roads have had a significant improvement in recent years.

By the way, I don't expect to bring a top qualified manager from AC Milan or United Nation. We talk about Iran and there are some realities on the ground.

I cautiously consider his appointment a positive move over Kashani with his big "jaie mohr" on his forehead.

I saw this one late, otherwise I had a different view on him, specially his "madahi". Big lol

He is a powerful political figure in today's Iran. I think he can use his influence and bring governmental funds to Persepolis.

If I were a PP fan, I would be happy to see him replace a person like Kashani who was bi boo va bi khaasiat. As a football fan, however, I am sad to see yet another military and khayemaal person is brought to our football.

His looks honestly scare me, but again that's an inappropriate fashion of one's personality assessment. What scares me the most is not exactly his lack of experience in any sports-related jobs, but rather the type of his previous positions in the system, not sure how the former head of transportation and the head of revolutionary Police can manage a tremendously popular football club.

Although with the anarchy in our football clubs and particularly our undisciplined players, such military/police personnel and commanders may suit such managerial positions!

Also his recital expertise may come handy when our team needs to be cheered up, he can sing songs like Daraya darya darya, or labe kaaroon, or even aamane aamane...

I am sorry that these folks feel obligated somehow to attach themselves so much to the Arabic culture and language. (I am commenting in reference to the last part of the video posted above....)

our whole country was run by the regime for 30 years.

recently its been run by the military. football is no exception.

there are millions of dollars in our football, all from the country's budget with little accountability and no commitment to generate any money.

so of course this will attract states-men, military men, mafia and mismanagement.

در چند سال اخیر چشم طمع دولتیان به باشگاه های مردمی پرسپولیس و استقلال برای کسب محبوبیت بیش از پیش شده است تا جاییکه شب گذشته سردار محمد رویانیان مسئول سابق ناجا و رئیس ستاد مدیریت حمل و نقل و سوخت به عنوان مدیرعامل باشگاه مردمی پرسپولیس شد این در حالی است که در باشگاه استقلال هم سه نماینده مجلس به عنوان هیات رئیسه انتخاب شدند.

به گزارش کلمه، شب گذشته با حکم محمد عباسی وزیر ورزش و جوانان، علی پروین، محمد پنجعلی، محمدحسین نژادفلاح، لطف الله فروزنده و محمد رویانیان به عنوان اعضای جدید هیئت مدیره باشگاه پرسپولیس انتخاب شدند.

پس از برگزاری جلسه اعضای هیات مدیره این باشگاه با وزیر ورزش، رویانیان به عنوان مدیرعامل و فروزنده به عنوان رییس هیئت مدیره باشگاه پرسپولیس انتخاب شدند.

فروزنده معاون توسعه مدیریت و سرمایه انسانی رییس*جمهوری است. از سوی دیگر محمد حسین نژاد فلاح هم یکی از نمایندگان مجلس است.

احتمال می**رود محمد عباسی به عنوان رییس مجمع این باشگاه انتخاب شود.

البته اگر قوانین کنفدراسیون فوتبال آسیا منعی برای حضور همزمان عباسی در پست ریاست مجمع دو باشگاه استقلال و پرسپولیس نداشته باشد وی در باشگاه آبی پوش پایتخت نیز این سمت را بر عهده می*گیرد.

گفته می شود که در صورتی که حضور عباسی در استقلال منع قانونی داشته باشد، شمس الدین حسینی وزیر امور اقتصادی و دارایی رییس مجمع این باشگاه می*شود.

از سوی دیگر مقداد نجف نژاد ، رسولی نژاد امیدوار رضایی ، فتح الله زاده و جواد زرینچه ۵ عضو هیات مدیره باشگاه استقلال خواهند بود . نکته عجیب و مهم این است که نجف نژاد ، امیدوار رضایی و رسولی نژاد در دوره ای عضو هیات مدیره استقلال بودند که به دلیل سهل انگاری لیست استقلال به آسیا ارسال نشد و همگی اعضا استعفا کردند .

این اتفاق در سال ۸۵ رخ داد و این افراد بار دیگر به عضویت هیات مدیره استقلال در آمدند.

همچنین در آستانه انتخابات مجلس حضور سه نماینده مجلس در هیات مدیره استقلال از جمله نکات ابهام آمیز انتخاب وزیر ورزش است . حضور ناگهانی جواد زرینچه هم در هیات مدیره استقلال غیرقابل پیش بینی به نظر می رسید

i dont see absolutely anything in this guy's CV to qualify him for a pro football club management position..!! its like saying someone who a retail Manager is qualified to be a manager in any division of NASA, because they both are managerial position..!! lol
like Hadi said, there must be a lot of money involved in such positions which can be pocketed w/o any accountability, otherwise i dont see how anyone like him would even show interest in such a high profile, in public position..!!
perhaps, he is using this to catapult himself politically and to become a more household name for his future higher up political aspiration..! ??

i dont know how things have changed in iran over the last 25 years or so but back when i was there, Paasdars were like the stupid, low level, uneducated, street cops who couldnt really cut it in school or real business world or the geeks who got picked on at schools, so they would join that force cause that finally gave em an excuse to be respected..!! almost ALL WERE pure, power hungry assholes, who loved to rub in your face their position as the law..!! this guy was probably an extra khayeh maal asshole, to achieve so many other positions withing IR in quick succession..!! party bazi, gaave bandi and flat out mafia style corruption seems to be rampant all over the current iran and installation of this guy in a position for which he has Zero qualification for is certainly no exception..!!

i dont see any good come out of this guy, unless its a higher up, orders..!! the board around him seems to have some football clue, but if they can exert any influence in important decisions is doubtful and remain to be seen.
