    IRAN..Discrimination in Coaching

We already know that In islamic republic....it is all the matter not letting football people to run the federation......we also know the Iranian coaches in IRAN need to be desolved in to the system.....and the more devotion to the system, the better chances of surviving in the system........but this issue has particularly damaging when it comes to players and coaches who had immegrated from IRAN.....
    .
1- Qotbi got lucky...and IFF tried so hard not to hire him in the first place.
2-The Iranian assistant to CQ was the only one who was given any chance by CQ to a proven international coach.
3-Heshmat mahajerani, never realy given a chance to coach in IRAN....even with long time living in the islamic republic.
4-Asghar Sharafi...had to wait so long after coming back to IRAN to be given a very small coaching job.
5-Mehdi mahdavikia, apparantly going back to Germany for his coaching aspirations with hamburge youth team,as the chances in IRAN were not promising.
6-vahid hashemian has plenty of experince as well as graduating from coaching schools...but not a very good prospect in IRAN.
7-Ali Daei with a lot less qualification for coaching than Hashemian or mahdavikia..but offered great chances to start with.
    .
Considering the revolving doors for domestic coaches that keep going from one team to another........Iranian football is yet missing another chance to build its future.

If there is any alleged discrimination , I think it comes from the fans who prefer Foreign coaches to Nationals.

I don't know who or which organization you are you accusing of this discrimination , but I seriously doubt if the IFF can be accused of such discrimination. Anyway , it is the FANS who are most biased rather than officials.

4-Asghar Sharafi...had to wait so long after coming back to IRAN to be given a very small coaching job.
Despite anti Iri activities and speeches by Sharafi while out of Iran, He was never arested or denied coaching. He is currently coaching Mes Sarcheshmeh.

He is 70 years old and in recent years has not been considered a great coach.
