Beofre I start I just want to clarify that I am not saying this JUST because of the match againts Kuwait and
I know perfectly well that today our team didnt play againts a First rate team and we had some help from our senior squad, BUT, doesnt this performance
make you wonder, how come our NT boys cant play the same? The passing, off ball movement, dribbles, playmaking,
and even defending was just enjoyable to watch.
The motivation in the eyes and the momevemnt of our players were amazing.
Playmakers like Shojaie and Teymorian were the spark of our midfield and outplayed (or at least equaled) our "Asian playe of the year candidate" Javad Nekonam. Today we saw a new left side player who without a doubt deserves a chance to play in TM when you compare him with players like Zare and Nosrati. He is no other than Yavarzadeh (just an example to those who claimed: "we just dont have a replacement player for our left")
Our central defenders, Sepehr Heydari and Jalal Hosseini, although not tested, showed good confidence and brough great speed to our game.
On to Oladi. This guy has played a few matches for TM B and the only thing I have seen from him in those matches and today's match, is the most perfect and complete striker in our football. Even forget his performances in perspolis, this guy plays with superb motivation and skill in TM. He will be the guy who can amaze everyone in the WC.
With this being said, there are even more and more similar players in Iran who has not been treated the same as some of your players which are getting to chance to play for TM since the Asian games. I am talking about Nosrati, Alavi, Kameli, Badavi, Nekonam, Mirzapor, Kabi and the rest. All I ask, is to give the similar chance to our new young talents. I am sure we will get a handful of new "Nekonams" and "Kabis" out of the players we have now.
It is aparent that our TM can and should play a fluent football with what players we have at hand right now.
Mr Branko, this is what our fans mean when they demand "beautidul football". Quick football with plenty of eye-candy and classic Iranian technique. and it is just going to get better and better for our U-23 team with every match they play, together as a team.
