Music can help athletes and soccer players improve performance

Here are a couple of well-written documents on the issue: http://www.emedexpert.com/tips/music.shtml and http://www.pponline.co.uk/encyc/spor...formance-40872 -- What do you think...? I wonder if the coaching staff use music in the clubs and TM training camps.

I am sure some Baba Karam would do Ansarifard some good.

Good read and I am sure it does help some athletes.

It can help everyone... Specially uplifting positive electronic trance would do wonders!
Do you feel something good listening to these?

music helps with almost anything in life, be the subject a human, animal or even plant life.
and if it is a mental task, all the more significant the effect of music

but the style of the music also has varying degrees of impact. for example if you listen to vivaldi or bach or mozart, its effects are far more positive and benefitial than listening to some silly rap song.

but in sports, the style, beat, rhythm, ... helps pump up adrenaline and rush more blood to the muscles that enable a longer duration of activity (therefore more build up of muscles as well as more output by them).
