Perhaps time will tell if it's too little too late but it is different of behavior in his side.
Inviting Vingada this late, Addng Mansourian ,two U22 players , moral boosting trip to meet kids and now news of Rahmati.
After all he does not trust Namazi & Mansourian on bench against Qatar!

These might not be last of these change but it will have significant effects , i hope to our favor .

He trusted his assistants versus Uzbekistan and learned it was a mistake. Logical not to blast his staff publicly, but make some changes. Also it is probably a monetary issue. Maybe he wanted Vingada earlier, but IFF didn't think it is necessary and didn't want to pay for another, probably expensive, assistant.

The morale boosting visit is something you can only do once and only if you have the time for it. It was logical to do it now and not midseason.

The u-22 players? Khanzadeh only began to play a role at PP when Golmohammadi arrived. Mosalman might have been left at his club during the relegation battle. But that's just speculation.

I think given pp's debt to vingada and having been comanded by fifa to cough up the money, they must have included some extra clause with CQ's (and IFF's) request to work out an arrangement where he gets his money (and maybe a little extra) but with this condition to be a part of TM's staff for 3 games.

He was with his family vacationing in shomal, according to a report he was asked by IFF to return. That created speculation that did not materialized so far.
