Well in case of players who had negotiated and signed a contract with that phony league and its phony title, the most logical and fair solution is for our IFF to assist those players to dig themselves out of the predicament, thus paying the respective clubs to release the player (Khalatbari to be precise) however those who negotiate with any of these clubs from that phony league, the least IFF could/should do is to penalize them.

I know this may sound like government intrusion in people's lives, but what is not intruded by the government in the country to leave this particular case out? plus this to be honest would count as one of the most and most beneficial governmental interferences against its citizens!

First of all it's a good thing IFF is looking for ways to prevent Iranian players to go to the UAE, so no need to make this whole thing something negative, although the way they might try to achieve this is questionable to say the least.
