Day 6: The Festival of Beautiful Goals

I guess we can call this World Cup as Spain World Cup. They had every single element a champion needs, the hunger, organization, individual skills, experience, youth, harmony. Finally, LaLeaga paid off all the payment to the national team, a team with the best league in the world without any single trophy from their national team. Watch Lois Garcia, don’t be surprised if he wins the MVP of this tournament. Saying so, the ref call for the penalty and red card to the Ukrainian player was just awful. Talking about Ukraine, I don’t think they deserved to lose with this margin (4-0). Don’t count them out yet. We just witnessed of creation another death group. Group F can be flipped any second.

When I prepare myself to watch the game between S. Arabia and Tunisia, I thought it’s going to be a boring game. Who thought it becomes one of the most beautiful games so far played? The passing, passionate playing, individual skills, beautiful goals, substitutes, coaching influence into the game, were just unbelievable, what a game, what a game. If you haven’t seen it, you may have missed the best game of this world cup. Watch Noor (number 8 of S. Arabia), this guy so far was the best Asian player. Solimany (left D) was, as I expected, awesome too. If you want to hire a coach, hire some one with capacity of S. Arabia coach. The best coach so far in the world cup.

Germany-Poland, Did you see the passion of the game? Who thought whoever score is a Polish in either teams? Beautiful game from the host, fighting to last breath from the guest. Germany showed they are capable of winning it all. How many times should we see a team hit the cross bar to say “they are not lucky”? And suddenly they score in the last minute of the game, who thought so? Unbelievable. Watch Lahm, he is the player who can change it all for Germany. Too bad Poland was the first team to be eliminated, they didn’t deserve it, or I may say “In this world cup there is no easy team, no team is a push-over team”.

If you are still in the Branko/Iran chapter, I tell you “You are missing the beautiful game”, there are some exciting games going on. Help yourself with the ceremony.

    Enjoy the football festival.

    Cheers
