Actually I would like to give a chance to Zaribafan to see what does he do. I realize he is the henchmen of Aliabadi and company, however, one can be a henchman of Aliabadi and still be a good manager (modeer).
I read Zaribafan's interview and there were two positive things in the article:
One he seemed to have a calm and logical approach when criticizing Fattolahzadeh. I didnt' see an emotional apporach. A good thing.
He said SS needs a full time CEO. I think that is a good point. Fattolahzadeh was in Baku for his degree or business, ran a few papers and has a position in IFF and CEO of SS, too many responsibilities. I think the guy Vaez Ashtiyani will become the CEO.
I realize Fattollahzadeh was a true SS fan and loves the team and I respect him and thank him for his hard work , but he didn't seem to be a good manager.
We will wait and see.
