Marfavi cant handle being the coach of Esteghlal.
Now i personally don't want him to be sacked unless we can get a decent replacement (as in Ghalenoie or a above average foreign coach), but what we need is to add new players to our squad, we are going to be in the ACL and i dont want to get knocked out in the group stage.
We should kick out Akbarpour, he has been AWFUL this year, i was one of his biggest fans, but this season he has been a negative player, not playing good and causing a lot of hashiye...
We need to buy a god damn play maker as Jabbari is always injured, Nouri would be perfect, Zandi would also be good, and i think the most likely as he has had problems with estil azin... Karimi would be a dream, he would help us a lot in the ACL.
If we dont see changed im afraid this year we will deservingly get knocked out in the group stages of the ACL (last year we deserved to top the group, we were unlucky)

The constant enormous blunders week in week out at the back are really becoming a big problem. I don't know what's wrong with our players lately with their shol giri all the time!
