Lol this is very funny conversation. If we look at head to head results sepahan has 1 more win vs. esteghlal all time including pre PGL. PP has the advantage over Sepahan in head to head though also including pre PGL. Although Sepahan has 2 more wins then PP just since the start of PGL excluding Hazfi.

in the 1980s in the ghods league esfehan providence had a really good team and 2 good esfehan teams back then which had success where TOM ESFEHAN WITH ABEDZADEH and proakril....sepahan and za not a factor at all.

I was born in 94 but I have been following Iranian football closely since I was 2-3 years old but since you brought it up my uncle actually played for TOM Esfahan. I saw his team picture when they won the title back then. How can they not be a factor when they have a really good head to head with SS and PP?

Huge win for us today without Rezaian, Nourafkan, Daneshgar and M.Karimi. We played our worse game of the season but thanks to Niazmand and Foolad's OG we got 3 vital points. With Esteghlal, Gol Gohar, and Foolad out of the way our toughest remaining games in the league is vs. Teraktor, Mes Rafsanjan, and PP. Although Sepahan seems to struggle against weaker opponents.
