shahre kord used to be for esfahan , no idea why they got separated xD
wonder if they have a football team.

There is a kind of rivalry between both of them, maybe thats why they got separated.

Not sure about football team, but I heard about someone very rich who created a basketball team and even bought some good players from America to play for Shahrekord lol.

Keano jan the construction of the stadium was done under supervision of the Tarbiat Badani until last month and it was too slow.

Last month Saeedlou decided to transfer the construction to Esfahan province so that they can do it faster. The transfer is a bit complicated because the current contractor company who has been in charge of the construction claims that Tarbiat Badani owe them money. Tarbiat Badani need to reach an agreement with the contractor before they transfer can happen. Also it is said that a fund of about 12 billion Tomans ($12mil) is needed so that the first stage of the project can be finished so that money need to be provided as well.

There is also another complication. The land of the stadium used to belong to a few people. The government has reached agreement with some of them by paying the price of their lands, but apparently there are still a few owners who have not been paid yet.
