DD jan, Ghanbari might be a very good coach but I am almost certain he will not succeed in the PGL as a head coach. Most of the successful PGL coaches are very vocal and a bit Ghaaltaagh, look at GN, Daei, Mazloomi, Kamalvand, Derakhshan, Veisi, etc.

Nice and quiet people like Ghanbari will be eaten alive in the harsh environment of the PGL.

I still think ghanbari could've been a good head coach. Out of 9 points he got 7 points. and don't forget that those 3 teams were decent teams (e.g. tractor or even malavan).

^ Ghanbari performed very well in these three games, but his experience and resume is not comparable to Kranjcar at all. I believe if Ghanbari wants to become a head coach he should start from a team in Azadegan division.

Let's see how Kranjcar will perform in the rest of the season, specially in his first game in charge away against his old club who sacked him!

بازيکنان ذوب آهن امروز هم تمرين نکردند

سرمربي تيم فوتبال ذوب*آهن اصفهان با ابراز ناراحتي از تعطيلي تمرينات اين تيم به دليل مشکلات مالي گفت: نمي*توانم بازيکنان را مجبور کنم که در تمرينات شرکت کنند.


منصور ابراهیم*زاده در گفتگو با خبرنگار مهر، در مورد تعطیل شدن تمرینات این تیم ضمن بیان مطلب فوق افزود: عصر دیروز شنبه بازیکنان در محل تمرینات تیم حاضر شدند اما به دلیل مشکلات مالی تمرین نکردند.

وی ادامه داد: ساعت 10:30 امروز هم تمرین با وزنه داشتیم که بازیکنان به دلیل مشکلات مالی بار دیگر حاضر به انجام تمرینات نشدند تا دومین جلسه از تمرینات تیم هم برگزار نشود. من پس از برگزار نشدن تمرین امروز به باشگاه می*روم تا در این خصوص با مدیران باشگاه صحبت کنم.

سرمربی تیم فوتبال ذوب*آهن اصفهان خاطرنشان کرد: من نمی*توانم بازیکنان را به تمرین کردن مجبور کنم زیرا اگر آنها بدون روحیه تمرین کنند، احتمال مصدومیت*شان وجود دارد. من به آینده آنها فکر می*کنم.

ابراهیم*زاده همچنین گفت: امیدوارم مسئولان فکری کلی برای باشگاه ذوب آهن بیاندیشند، زیرا تزریق منابع مالی برای کوتاه مدت، تنها یک مسکن است و شاید در آینده مشکلات را بیشتر کند.

تمرینات تیم فوتبال ذوب*آهن اصفهان پس از تساوی برابر شهرداری در تبریز تعطیل شد و قرار بود از روز گذشته آغاز شود اما به دلیل مشکلات مالی، بازیکنان سر تمرین رفتند اما به دلیل اعتراض از انجام تمرینات گروهی امتناع ورزیدند.

سرپرست تيم فوتبال سپاهان گفت: خوشبختانه تمام بازيکنانمان را دراختيار داريم و در شرايطي عالي به مصاف پرسپوليس مي*رويم.


رسول خوروش در آستانه ديدار تيمش برابر پرسپوليس اظهار کرد: شرايط خوبي داريم و همه بازيکنانمان آماده برگزاري اين ديدار هستند.

وي ادامه داد: خوشبختانه همه بازيکنانمان را در اختيار داريم و مصدومان*مان نيز به اين بازي خواهند رسيد.

خوروش در خصوص شرايط پرسپوليس خاطرنشان کرد: اين تيم بازيکنان جوان و با انگيزه و خوبي دارد و در جام ولايت نيز عملکرد خوبي داشتند و مطمئنا کار آساني در تهران نداريم.

سرپرست تيم فوتبال سپاهان در پاسخ به اين سوال که با توجه به اينکه هم پرسپوليس و هم استقلال خواهان هادي تاميني هستند شما چه تصميمي براي اين بازيکن خواهيد گرفت، عنوان کرد: اگر قرار بود بازيکني را وسط کار به تيم*هاي ديگر بدهيم اصلا از اول قراردادي با اين بازيکنان امضا نمي*شد و تاميني را نيز به سرخابي*ها نمي*دهيم.

وي ادامه داد: به همه بازيکنان تيم احتياج داريم و هيچ بازيکني را به هيچ تيمي نخواهيم داد.

رسول خوروش در پاسخ به اين سؤوال که اطلاع داريد قنبري ديگر در سپاهان فعاليت نخواهد کرد، تصريح کرد: هنوز به ما اعلام نکردند و اطلاعي از اين قضيه ندارم.

Kamal jan, Kranjcar has a great resume as a head coach. He has coached two different national teams ie Croatia and Montenegro. Ghanbari, on the other hand, has no head coaching experience. It is a very risky decision to appoint him as the head coach for a team who is the defending champions.

Just for a moment, assume you are Sepahan's managing director and you want to choose a head coach for the team. Your job and your fame in the city is at stake. Would you really choose an assistant coach with zero experience as the head coach when you have the possibility to sign a coach like Kranjcar?

this is our problem we only think about now , we don't think about future . A good example would be Guardiola ! at least ghanbari has some experience in Premier league , guardiola was in Barcelona's B team!. Instead of buying expensive players, why not spent that money on youth ! For god sake messi was bought when he was only 11, barcelona paid for his Growth hormone injections, and his cost of living! Now thats what give a player Motivation to play like that for a team!
