One thing we've learned from Sepahan these past 10+ years is that it's the club that is making players, not the players making the club. This is the biggest difference between Sepahan and other teams in the league.

Players can leave, but I have faith Sepahan will be able to fill their positions, the same way they did when managers left.

I know its cute and popular to say Sepahan made these players but a lot of Sepahans good players started football at other clubs. Sepahan does not have financial issues like many other clubs and they have a good system. If they continue to lose their good players they will not be a power house.

Rahimi should kick bengar out his just creating "Hashie". Its funny how sepahan makes these players A pro player(up to asia's level) , but then all of a sudden money makes them forget about all that! Look at hadi aghili , and mehdi rahmati now! Lol hadi aghili scored 2 own goals in Qatari league game .

Of course most of them were playing elsewhere but they were inexpensive unknown players from lower to mid table teams and now they are super stars asking for gazillion tomans. Bengar was from Shamooshak making chump change driving a Pride when he joined Sepahan now PP is paying him over 1 billion toman and he drives an S550. The only player that was already a star was Jalal Hoseini and it looks like he is a goner.

Bad news. It looks like Karimian is leaving. I think its a mistake to let him go. On a more positive note I think Farshid Talebi is a done deal. He is better than Bengar IMHO and cheaper.

مهدی کریمیان در گفتگو با ایمنا اظهار داشت: مسوولان باشگاه بعد از اینکه چند روزی از آغاز فصل نقل و انتقالات می گذشت بالاخره با من تماس گرفتند و خواستند تا مبلغی پیشنهاد بدهم. با رقمی که ابتدا پیشنهاد دادم موافقت نکردند و برای بار دوم هم نپذیرفتند اما من به خاطر مردم اصفهان و سپاهان اعلام کردم که حاضرم قرارداد سفید امضا کنم. باشگاه هر مبلغی که مد نظرش هست بنویسد و هر تصمیمی که دارند بگیرند.
وی با بیان اینکه باشگاه تمایلی برای ادامه همکاری با من نداشته است گفت: در روزهای اخیر هواداران سپاهان، همان کسانی که در گرما و سرما ما را تنها نمی گذاشتند، با من تماس می گرفتند و می گفتند اگر مشکل بر سر مسائل مالی است کوتاه بیا. حتی شنیدم که می گفتند به سپاهان رقم نجومی پیشنهاد داده ام اما مبلغی که درخواست کردم فقط ۲۰ درصد نسبت به قرارداد فصل گذشته ام افزایش داشت و سقف را هم مثل فصل گذشته رعایت کردم. من بازیکن آزاد بودم و قرارداد نداشتم پس رقمی که اضافه کرده بودم عادی و طبیعی بود.
کریمیان گفت: من شش سال در اصفهان بازی کردم، سه سال با ذوب آهن و سه سال با سپاهان. بهترین روزهای من در این شهر و با سپاهان رقم خورد. سه بار با این تیم قهرمان شدم، در شادی های آنها شریک بودم، برای این تیم گل قهرمانی زدم و باید به همه اصفهانی ها بگویم از اصفهان می روم اما دلم پیش شماست.
وی ادامه داد: تمایلی به رفتن ندارم اما به رغم میل باطنی ام باید از سپاهان جدا شوم اما خوشحالم که با کارنامه ای موفق از این تیم می روم. آرزوی من موفقیت این تیم است.
هافبک سابق تیم فوتبال سپاهان گفت: نمی دانم چرا سپاهان تمایلی به ماندن من نداشت اما من به حرمت این تیم و هوادارانش به هیچ کدام از پیشنهاداتم فکر نکردم، قصد بازارگرمی نداشتم و اولویت اولم سپاهان بود، بنابراین هر تیمی تماس گرفت گفتم منتظر سپاهانم اما امروز که تکلیفم مشخص شد به پنج، شش پیشنهادی که دارم فکر می کنم و امیدوارم تا آخر هفته بهترین انتخاب را داشته باشم.
کریمیان گفت: سپاهان مجموعه ای است که با رفتن چند بازیکن خللی در کارش پیش نمی آید. مثل سال قبل که چند بازیکن رفتند اما این تیم بازهم قهرمان شد. آرزوی من موفقیت سپاهان است و امیدوارم حالا که به جمع هشت تیم برتر آسیا رسیده است بتواند قهرمانی آسیا را هم با افتخار به دست آورد.

Your best scoring player this season was Emad Reza who is a high profile player and not a nobody when he signed with Sepahan. He was also your best scorer two seasons ago. Also your best scorer last season was Ibrahim Toure who played for Perspolis and Peykan before that and had impressive stats. Yes, Sepahan has had some players who played for their club most of their career but they also heavily rely on signing top prospects in the offseason.
