^ It is bad news indeed, however, we have the chance to play against Rahahan at the best time of the season. Babak Zanjani, the Rahahan owner, is in prison and the club is in total disarray. We missed a great opportunity to close the gap with ss on top of the table. We made it very difficut for ourself to win the league this season. Winning the league is about getting 3 points against weaker teams. This seasen we got very good results against top teams but lost so many "easy" points.
On thr bright side, Sharifi scored yet another goal for us. 6 goals in 5th start of the season is extraordinery stats for a 20 year old.2, 9, 10, 11 and 14Comment

In the past 4 seasons the PGL was won with 66 or 67 points. This season with 4 games less for each team this will be 58 or 59. We have 40 points so far and 7 games to play. So we need at least 6 wins which is extremely hard if not impossible.
We need to target a top 3 finish which is also very difficult considering the current situation of the table. We will need to stand higher than Naft and either Persepolis or Foolad.2, 9, 10, 11 and 14Comment

Our game vs. Persepolis and Naft will decide where we end up at the end of the season, thats if we dont choke in the other games. ^But realistically i agree, our goal should be to finish in the top 3 with the current situation because we have less of a chance to be champions this year. What sucks is that we were eliminated in Hazfi in the first round, that was really dissappointing.Comment

ZobAhan blew it in Hazfi. They outplayed Esteghlal but were very unlucky. Hadadifar missed a penalty he should have scored but took it terribly. I dont know whats with GN's teams and Esteghlal in general they are so "Kharshans". Hopefully they will get revenge in the league in Azadi and at least get a tie. With Persepolis losing to Gostaresh, this is the best chance to leap over them considering we have to face them next week.The only bad news is that Naft won against Saipa and are now on top of Sepahan by a point, and they are playing Mes on sunday.Comment

With PP loss, we now have a much better chance of a top three finish and an ACL spot. Also Navidkia is getting close to play for us. There was news he might be able to be in the squad as early as the game against PP. Our first game in the ACL is 35 days from now, hopefully he will be fit by then...2, 9, 10, 11 and 14Comment
