Our women are still the only ones in the world that are forced to wear veils. Shame.

We are behind even Saudi Arabia, the place where Islam came from!
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

                  Sports-washing. Forced hijab.

Exactly! Everyone is free except Iranian women and posting about them without constantly mentioning forced hijab is sports-washing.

Those who want to wear hijab, should. Those who do not, shouldn't. We cannot make these laws for them. But it's sad that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia (birthplace of Islam!) are way ahead of us on this.

These women are heroes for playing under such draconian and misogynist laws by the anti-Iranian regime. They play in terrible circumstances but they do so anyway. God bless them.
