The humidity this year plus lack of rain made the 20 year old grass more susceptible to disease.

It straight up needs to be replaced. Even the best grass scientists could only get it to a certain point.

In November, World Cup qualifying starts and we play Uzbekistan and Hong Kong/Bhutan.

TM will probably take place in a non-legionnaires tournament in East Asia (probably Japan) sometime before Asian Cup.
It will not be on FIFA days so none of the teams will have legionnaires.
Maybe December or January.

Then Asian Cup in January.

More World Cup qualifiers in march and June.
September and October and November 2024 will also probably be qualifiers. So essentially - don't expect any friendlies for a long time, especially against Europeans.

Sigh, I wish AFC and CAF had some Nations cup every two years during the summer or something. Waiting 4 years for Asian cup and 4 years for FIFA is what truly hinders Asian sports not gonna lie.

Someone needs to tell AFC to get off of its ass and do something, like bring back Afro-Asian Nations Cup. Our level of play would be so much better if we face teams like Morocco/Algeria/Egypt/Senegal/Ghana more often than teams like freaking Syria.
