one of the mistake cq make for ac 2015 was to play a friendly with Iraq few days before the tournament started... to this day I say if that friendly was not played so close to ac , we would of won that qf match... playing ksa ,Japan, Australia Is nice and appealing but it show our hands against them.


Speaking of cq he will be in the states in late June until mid July with qatar for the gold cup.. if any of qatar matches are in l.a will go to see the king in action.

for ac preparation tm don't need to play
any European teams or s.american teams.
And they won't play any asian high seeds such as
korea,Australia, Japan or ksa. dont want show your hand.
BASE ON THAT it's possible
it's not difficult to fill out the schedule
with 2nd level asian teams , and few african teams like Kenya away 😉 or Russia away.

What i meant was our press would already know if the games were finalized.
No way IFF can keep 7-8 finalized friendlies secret from the press...

prediction, if neither Iran or Qatar perform well at AC, CQ will be back in MARCH 2024 2 year contract over WC.

Hopefully we win AC, against Saudi or Australia in the finals.
