Here's the link.
He also touches on corruption in IFF (indirectly by saying they are not fighting for Iran but for themselves).
He touches on the lack of strong friendlies and the reason our fans ran after Ronaldo's bus (because we don't bring strong teams to Iran for friendlies).
He also swears that if he was head of IFF, he will bring Messi and Argentina to Iran.
He says all the U17 TM players will be forgotten and never play in any of their respective IPL teams; his suggestion is to keep them together and incorporate the U17 team as a separate team to compete in IPL.

Complaining is easy enough but finding real solutions is hard.
He says bring Argentina and pay them 10million. A country that so much of the people cannot afford meat should really spend that money? Is it going to make our fields any better? Will it fix the referee issues? Will it make the clubs professional?
Forget this guy!!

He's spot on about corruption in IFF and lack of strong friendlies.
The Messi/Argentina thing is just a popularity move almost every Arab country has tried to pull for international breaks/Summer camps and is ultimately useless. We pay Messi to show up he plays one game, and then goes home. So what?
He could have spent the time to talk more about how poor youth infrastructure, long term planning, and corruption is but obviously that would attract the attention of the top brass government types.
Edit: Just saw the clip what an irritating host of the show, the guy on this phone scrolling while Khiabani is talking I swear Iran state anchors have the most punchable faces in human history
