We need to retire the entire team. Forget WC 26 and AC 27. Bring in only U-19 players and develop them for WC 30 and AC 31. What's the point keeping players that are 30+ just so they can carry us to the next WC and AC only to replace them with inexperiences players? If we only focus on U-19 players now, they will be in their prime for WC 30 and AC 31. After WC 30 and AC 31, these players will be 27, we can rotate in more youngsters and get them ready for the next WC and AC, while still having a solid experienced fairly young team.

Horrible idea. Our U23 rid vs Hong Kong, our U20 missed WC qualification. Only our U17 is ok but still too row.

Horrible idea to throw a full young squad or a full aged squad (like GN did with throwing the only 2 young players out of squad). We need to have a mix squad. Rebuild with out stars and young players. Phase out progressively aged utility players or kick out non TM material

We have to. There is no point introducing new players to TM when they are 28+ and still playing for Persepolis.

We have two games coming in March. Turkmenistan. We need to start bringing young players and giving them time and field. The next round of WC games will not be easy. Our starts underperformed in this tournament IMO. Specially Taremi.
