we are all shocked by Kanaani. Seems CQ really does not trust him or Shoja and stick to his previous WC guys even tho he used kanaani in AC2019. Many of us said he is one of our best

Eza was bossing the midfield against Uruguay. Against Valverde and Betancur. He always perform for us. I cant believe this. I really thought we only had 3 players that Would start for sure: Kaanani, Eza and Taremi

Exactly brother. Those are also the same 3 I pick as a lock to start. This is quite shocking. In CQ we trust I guess…maybe he saving eza legs knowing the wales and USA matches are far more winnable.

no Torabi or Amiri in lineup means we may get 0 singing during anthem which is great

also I think Maguire will score a header goal. Kanaani was our best defender to matchup with him, PAG a bit weak physically

I Would like Eza fighting in the midfield. But I May be able to accept it, since we have two more games.
But Hossein? I remember when Carlos took over, I wrote that I wished we wasnt stuck ik 2018, and that he was up to speed with who our Best defender is. seems like he didnt get the memo

Imagine if someone told you Chesmi and PAG Would start 6 months ago.

As always I Will support Iran. But if the defence turns out to be shaky, Carlos deserves the critism. He is putting himself in a tough situation.
