I dont get how people don't understand how much pressure these kids are under! Wait until after the world cup and they'll come out in support, but they're not superman! Their focus is their profession wtf do people expect đŸ˜‚đŸ€Šâ€â™‚ïž they didnt even sing the national anthem and people are still bitching smh

Talk of unity is cheap, when you treat your country men like this in front of the world. Cheering the same English that have caused most of our troubles. I lost the handful Iranian friends I had today too. I don’t know if as Iranians we will ever learn to see beyond what is fed to us.

Today way a really sad day. I think you can count me as a CQ Fanboy. I feel like there were many problems.

            1. bad starting lineup.
2.Please dont forget that nobody knew how the whole situation would affect our players.
            3.queiroz had 2 months
4.then they have been abused and insulted all the time even when they were playing.
5.the Beinravand incident was very bad for our players. Queirozs reaction showed it.
6.they faced a team that is 2nd in Euro and 4th in the last World cup.

German television praised our brave players which is the most important thing today.
At the end it was humiliating but we have 2 more games which means 6 points which we could get.

We should wait and hope for the best. When we finished our third game you guys can roast queiroz and his fanboys. Typical Iranian behaviour

im minding my own business and I keep getting attacked on my social media daily since I say we should unite and support our team melli and use it as fuel. Rather we are projecting our pain onto the wrong people.

can the players do more? Yeah. But can’t we all too? I didn’t book a ticket to fly to Iran and fight in the streets. Neither did the other kharejis. How come nobody can attack us for that?
People in the comments of instagram call me basiji for calling them biadab. Dude im Not even a muslim. Even in my own family. My cousin Was in Iran When it started and he is one of those who dont have any respect and insult the players. They want the players to do something but they dont do anything themselves

To hell with them. Ignore them. Majority of Iranians are authoritarian and want others to do what they ask. Their insulting behaviour specially towards Team Melli, Mahnaz Afshar, Googoosh, Sasi and many others is appalling and disgusting. These malicious Iranians under IRI rule their brains got fried, they have no national pride, lack tolerance, have become inhuman savage barbarians who are even willing to turn on their parents, sibilings, relatives, neighbours or anyone who thinks differently to them. They are also very "Poolaki", whoever pays them the most to turn on Iran and Iranians, they readily accept.

Honestly the more I see how majority of Iranians have no national pride, belong to "Wind Party" (where ever the wind blows they follow, so if the wind blows towards verbal abuse and insult towards Team Melli, they go in that direction, if the wind flows begging England to humiliate Team Melli by many goals, they go in that direction, tomorrow someone will come up with something else and then the mass follows in that direction.) I feel I don't want to put my foot in that country ever again.

Be strong and never ever let anyone dictate to you how you should behave with regards to Iran or Team Melli. You are free to support Team Melli and be an Iranian Patriot whether others like it or not. People like us see Team Melli as People's team, we love our Iran Zamin, land of Cyrus the Great, Zoroaster, Persian Immortals, Parthians, Medians, Yaqub Lais Saffar, Buyids, Nader Shah Afshar, etc.

I am not excited about the World Cup, the only match I watched was England vs Iran. After this big loss, I will still watch other Team Melli games and support regardless of the result.

Go Team Melli. Viva Iran and Persian Gulf Forever.

I suppose that King Charles III is the new Head of State.

I want to use the word "traitor" to refer to such Iranians but then I better not because their supporters would insult me in this forum.

Go Team Melli. Long Live Iran and Persian Gulf Forever.

It is always a pleasure when there are people like you who support Team Melli because they see them as People's Team.

People like you give me strength because it gives me assurance that not all Iranians had their brains fried or are traitors.

Reading all your guys episodes today I might as well share mine too, a “friend” of mine replied to a post from a Danish-Iranian Facebook page about the result with a photo collage of pics with Beiro in pain and a bloody nose and put laughing emoji’s on top of it, that's so tasteless and low class I can't even describe it. We all have our political stands, we're against IR but getting joy from seeing a footballer in pain like that, just disgusts me

I'm very happy that I'm in a forum full of like-minded people. It really makes me sad viscous our people are acting, especially when most of them voted rouhani or Mousavi in the last electioN. I was honesty planning to cut ties with Iranians after today, but this forum gave me hope.

Iranians can be arrogant, obnoxious, and very stubborn. Yet, when you meet a good iranian, vaghean they’re the salt of the earth.

I don’t have a lot of iranian friends, but my closest friends are iranian.

With social media, we now have easy access to negativity and unjust comments. We have to cut it off, so it won’t poison our spirit. Also, we have to remember: what’s “trending” on social media does not necessarily represent the sentiments of the general public. Virtual reality is mostly molded by who “shouts” the loudest, which is many times, the vocal minority, not majority.
