CQ needs to realize you can’t fucking defend for 90 minutes , that is unrealistic, in modern football , and he need to stop putting slow ass players in the games

let say England games was a friendly game ok

we now know who shouldn’t be playing , it was perfectly clear who is tooo slow for this modern game ,

    Majid hosseni
    rozbeh cheshmi
    ali karimi
    jahanbakash

if any of of these 4 players are starting the next 2 games , we done , we will lose , especially the combination of ali karimi and majid hosseni they tooo fucking slow man

if he is in defense we done man it be over very soon ,

I would say we are already done mate!
What I am watching and seeing and comparing
I would say we are pretty much out already.

Most importantly I want an apology from Kateb and Strangesmooch. They are just as responsible for this fiasco as CQ is. Lol just kidding...Kateb I will accept a pizza from Pizza novin!

calito effed up big time last game from Player selection to game strategy...!!
he must redeem himself in next two matches and qualify us to next round or better hit the road .... i know his replacement will likely be an even more inferior choice but enough is enough with him...!
i'd love for him to be put in charge of more Team/Federation Sarparasti or managerial position but when it comes to pure coaching, we need to pursue some fresher ideas ...!

Neko would have done much better in my opinion.

              coulda woulda shoulda ..!!
he woulda been too inexperienced and not ready to handle our Effed up overall situation at the Late timing of the change..!

eskoocher was the only other viable alternative at that time, but once he lost the locker-room, the need for a change from him also became pretty mandatory and CQ was just about the only other Sensible and Realistic coaching alternative considering our budget and clusterfk Federation situation ..!!
Carlos as expected did a wonderful job of Late preparation and putting together a relatively Unified TM for the WC, with the usual minimal support from federation/SM, especially considering the political chaos surrounding the team... but like i said earlier from Purely Football Coaching perspective, i think the management of a modern game of football mostly has passed him by and has become way too predictable for opposing sides to counter his way overly cautious approaches to the game..!

he still has at his disposal a good enough squad to manage a squeeze outa of group stages finally but that remains to be seen and thus fairly should be his make or break moment so far as remaining in charge of TM after the WC or Not..!

8+ years of parking the bus, and the fan base constantly saying we don’t have the skill, strength and finesse to play attacking football, and here we are. Our fans keep making fun of KSA and their 8-0 loss to Germany in 2002 (while we didn’t even qualify), but in reality when you spend the money to build up the infrastructure, and focus on improving and keeping up with the changes made in the world of football, and you’ll get results. We sit here and praise our 1-0 loss to Argentina in 2014, or the 1-1 tie with Portugal in 2018 and how we saved face by having respectful losses and draws.

Yesterday, the stadium we went to for the England (Khalifa International Stadium) - is considered the worst one out of all the stadiums but it would be by far the best stadium in IR Iran now.
okay cmon lets settle down with the praising of Qatar. They literally built this stuff on the back of slave labour. Of the 3 million people that live in Qatar a small minority are actual citizens and the rest barely have any rights. The leader spends on making himself and his royal family look nice all the while playing footsies with terrorists and scumbags (like IR).

Same with Saudi Arabia; they literally imprisoned a man recently for 27 years because he tweeted something critical about the govt when he was abroad. They are the IR except they get US backing.

Everything you said is true but again, the infrastructure is here for the citizens and betterment of its own people - even if its determent of others (foreigners). But at least their own people benefit from it, while in IR Iran, only basiji bastards benefit (and only abroad with stolen funds).

And lots of foreigner workers here - they make their money.

What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

The whole saga of sacking Skocic
began as soon as TM qualified for world cup.
                          Who was behind it all?
So he didn't lose the locker room
the locker room decided they wanted CQ and
that behaviour stems from indiscipline and lack of proper
structure. And that is what you would get in an underdeveloped
nation that is ruled by iron fist of a brutal dictator.

This BS is mostly on the players who outed Skooci, which are coincidentally the regime khaye malls as well.

like I said 2000x, any baffoon could tell the team to park the bus, and even might know which players to line up while doing that. No need to bring a grandpa in to tell you how to park the bus.

I hope those people have learned their lesson now.

Regarding to fans/outsiders that brought this upon us, I don't care about them really. I've been on this forum soo long and have heard the most unlogical bs throughout the years, that I have 0 expectations.

I blame the loss on CQ and no one else. Infrastructure? Tell that to Costa Rica. Corruption, why is Mexico constantly making it to round of 16? Politics/religion....how do the Saudis do it?

Let's be honest when it counts CQ teams collapse. Let's look at TM.

                              1) Bosnia match in WC 2014 defensive collapse and not going for it against Nigeria. Argentina last minute messi goal and defense lapse with Wall setup
                              2) AC 2015 pooladi min 43 red card v Iraq
                              3) WC 2018 Taremi miss last minute vs Portugal and playing ultra defensively
                              4) AC 2019 Japan fiasco and stop playing on the goal
                              5) WC 2022 - TBD if Beiranvand being injured by his own teammate, defense lapse, and CQ lineup are not enough.

Can you tell me what Big match CQs teams have not failed misreably? Egypt had 2 cracks at Senegal in big matches and came up short.

I hate to say this...I will support him as he is our coach but lets stop the excuses as he is overrated. The self-declared best coach in the world and his emotional instability impacts his team's negatively. Why in the world would you take an ounce of focus off your team and the match to engage fans in a argument? Ignore them. Do your job. His emotional instability often impacts Team Melli as they don't play with composure as if they want to hurry and get rid of the ball. They are happy to let the other team dictate all aspects of the game.

I don't disagree with any of this but I feel like it would be wrong to not focus on the positives as well.

The fact of the matter is that (most but not all) iranian players are extremely koon goshud. They like easy money and easy training (main reason why the jump at the chance to go to arab countries like Ghaedi did). They are not self disciplined whatsoever.

They need an authoritarian who lays down the law and has a force of personality to deal with any hashieh or nonsense. 2010 TM was an embarrassment and CQ deserves credit for shaping up the players and putting together a respectable side. No we didn't do anything special but it was a far cry from not making the WC in 2010.

However yes the negatives are clear as well. There is a ceiling to CQ football and it is low (at best). At times it feels like a crap shoot rather than well idealized plan.

In our current place, I think the main issue impacting him is time; IFF took it's sweet time getting rid of Skocic when the writing was on the wall. I can't help but think that if IFF acted sooner, and CQ had more time to get players in shape, we would be in a better spot. But then again maybe I am just making excuses for this whole mess....
