Success is winning AC or qualifying for 2nd round of WC. Nothing else matters. Top of asia is worth zilch if you win nothing and fuck up 5 major tournamens.

… so any young player in the country who is 18 years old at least and has an offer from any European team should leave the country ASAP.

,,, if we have at least fifth (50th) 18 to 22 years old playing in Europe in the next few years ,

we can start talking about maybe 2026 if these players can be cultivated properly if not then World Cup 2030 that yes we have a chance to go to 2nd round , other than that we need a miracle to progress..

or some World class coach who going to find gems know sees right now or something

at this point the players we have aren’t talented enough and they just aren’t playing at a high level they aren’t playing against high level teams and they aren’t getting that important exposure and experience that comes handy during big games , you don’t get that by playing in Iran or UAE or QAtar , you get that be playing in a competitive league in Europe .

This obligation should be for IPL coaches. What do you except from TM headcoach when the IPL coaches doesn't play young players and the latter being nothing special as a result or anyway?

Very good and valid point. Our IPL coaches basically are so afraid of their jobs so they dont risk, specially big teams like SS and PP. however, there are a few exceptions, teams like Peykan and Zobahan.
