    Beiranvand
    Ramin Pouraliganji M.Hosseini Jalali
    Ezattolahi Ebrahimi
    Sayyadmanesh Gholi
    Azmoun Taremi

This is actually a very dangerous team for AC

    We need Ebrahimi back

Quick question, O-Zone: which manager would you pick (among realistic candidates), and what would he do differently to make TM better? Specifically, please. Everyone here has general ideas that don't translate to the pitch considering the state of our infrastructure and the available selection, especially considering it's not up to the TM manager to make sure players are physically and mentally fit.

Just as an example: I surmise that had Sayyadmanesh and Azmoun been fit for the WC, we would have faced Netherlands, instead of the USA. I'm convinced. Azmoun showed flashes of burning the defense, but obviously he was out-of-shape due to coming back from (a still lingering) injury. And Sayyad would have given us so much more in central-mid, and allowed Ezatolahi to create more chances.

How can CQ possibly control those circumstances? How can he overcome taking over TM with what.. two months to go to the WC? Let's not even bring up the surrounding (non-football related) pressure.

I just don't get it man; whether it be TM fans, or American Outlaws (i.e. USMNT fans), people expect the manager to magically have control over every little aspect of a team, and somehow be able to make the perfect choices, every minute. In hindsight, I blame CQ for choosing the wrong first-half personnel and subsequent substitution pattern against USA, but not for his tactic. Why? Because if we immediately opened up to attack USA in that first half, it's obvious to my eyes, anyway, that we would have been down 0-2 or 0-3.

I like the lineup, but imo change ramin whit Sadegh and Omid whit Yasin salmani, we need a younger squad for wc 26, neither of Omid or Ramin will play in WC 26

          Beiro
          - Sadegh, Hosseini, Kanaani (Fallah, Aghasi as back up), Jalali
          - Ezza, Salmani, Ghoddos (khodabandelou as back up)
          - Allahyar, Azmoun, Taremi
          (Zahedi, Hosseinzadeh as back up)
IMO we need to play with 2 strikers. Your lineup has Taremi as a winger?

Ramin was probably one of our best players in the WC. If he keeps that form he should be starting.

Is Khodabandelou a defensive midfielder? In that case let’s try him out instead of Ezatolahi. Tired of Ezatolahi, we need to try someone else in defensive midfield.

We need to develop a great midfield, should be the priority.
2 strikers ok against weaker team.
However against big teams our attacking like should be one physical guy like giroud (azmoun or Taremi or Zahedi) and two explosive winger (like coman, dembele, mbappe)

If you mean great midfield as in linking up better with our attacking players, then yes i agree. Focus should be on that IMO.

We have tried playing with 1 forward against big opposition in the last 5 tournaments, it hasn’t worked.
4-4-2 against all opponents from now on IMO.

1 forward doesn't work because our midfield and wingers are weak

And that is another reason we should only play with 2 forwards from now on.

2 strikers means a weaker midfield to protect our defense and feed our strikers. We saw it against the US. Or we should hope Taremi and Azmoun do all the job

We played something between 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3 against USA. Just because Taremi & Azmoun are on the pitch together doesn’t mean we played with 2 forwards.

Drop Shoja, Ali Karimi, Hajsafi, Karim JB, Amiri. Abedz, Cheshmi.
With Allahyar, Hosseinzadeh, inclusion of Khodabandelou, Yasin, Barzegar, Zahedi, Jalali, maybe even Shekari and few of under 23 teams alongside Majid, Sardar, Gholi, Taremi, Saeid(if he is fit), we may have fresh legs there and better speed.

Bring Either Nekounam or Herve Renard.

Get rid of all players above 25. Excluding Gholizadeh , ghoddos and sardar. Get rid of Mehdi taremi he is toxic player.

Bring new fresh talented blood . Invest in this team for next 8 years.

                            Javad is overrated.
His idol is Carlos. It will be poor version of CQ.
Bring Jardim if it is possible, if not i wouldn't have thought i would say this one day but bring Majidi.
No place for parking the bus 90%, of time.
                            Tired of this shit.

Javad is the only vatani coach that could be good enough for this job. Gol Mohammadi is good but he has too much hashieh .

Regarding parking the bus, I would've agreed with you on this but not any more after watching Morocco's progress, i don't simply agree anymore. Morocco pretty much is playing like how we played back in 2018. The only difference is that they have world class quality fast players but we didn't (back in 2018). They parked the bus even against the weakest team of the tournament (canada).

Of course Morocco learned from their mistake in 2018 vs us, and specially Portugal and Spain and that is why they let Vahid walk because he couldn't find the balance between D and attack.
But they don't just park the bus against every single damn team.
Foolad spent lots of money this year, look at Javad team, and where they stand.
If you want bring Javad, just keep CQ.
                                Javad is his poor version.
You want play defensive, fine.. But dont take bunch of turtles like AK, Saeed, Cheshmi, and don't count on slow wingers like JB, Gholi to make difference.
