I suppose you would not mind working hard and dreaming all your life and playing great and qualifying to the world cup as starter only to have those dreams dashed because a Mozambican has issues with who your coach used to be. Same for Shoja. He was robbed of his right to play in the world cup. Nothing to overlook.

He's basically saying without CQ, Kanaani would be a dancer in his neighborhood.

Khanzadeh is at least grateful. He was probably the worst player CQ constantly kept calling up.

PAG and Hosseini were hardly the problem. Both were actually pretty solid in Wales and US games. Majid saved our ass quite a few times vs US.

Selection mistakes were made at LB/RB for the US game, and in midfield/up front. Starting Sardar when he wasnt ready was dumb, subbing gholizadeh early when he was our best threat all game, not getting midfield combo right (ghoddos should have started there to actually support/connect with taremi).
