Poznan is a better club than Charleroi.
also he will be coached by Jahanbakhsh's old manager at AZ. He really knows how to utilize his offensive players, so this will work to Ali's advantage.
Overall, a solid move considering the circumstances (coming a off an injury, not really improving for the past 2 years, etc...).
