I like the 2 leged hazfi semifinal idea and specially THE FINAL BE 2 GAMES. too..but if both teams from same town 1 match.

tournament style on netural field (8 teams in isfehan, 8 teams in tabriz).all games from r16 to final will be 2 weeks event like acl..it be super fun to watch and will be very intense. I recommend noroz holidays for the hazfi 2 weeks event or durring Ramadan under light at night.
