But there is no money invested in youth programs . and reality is something else in that age group when there is no money invested ......it's very exciting and fun to see them play thats for sure . They only haVe qualified 2 times in the last 45 years, don't get your blood pressure high ,if we don't advance from the group.but there is always persian ghirat that give us some chance.
it's not about oh marfavi didnt make it, lets bring rahmati or another coach They make it.until there is no money invested in football payeh, the head coach don't matter, and in a lot of occasions just coming out of the group becomes a miracle.

If we had proper system i would compare us with the likes of Germany. But i have only compared us with asian football, just because we don’t have a proper system.

In asian football we should be no 1, even with all these problems. We were ranked 1st for several years, but we can’t win a trophy. We beat the teams in WCQ but lose to them in AC.
You see now?
Our problem lies with our mentality, which need to change in order to win the AC. This has nothing to do with the system.

If the problems you are talking about get fixed, we will be as good as Germany. But with all these problems existing, we should still manage to win the AC.

Regarding the coach i don’t get your point. You yourself want coach X in charge for TM and not Y. But with the things you mention above it doesn’t matter for you who the coach is because ”we can’t hold him responsible for the results”?

I ever wanted team melli coach fired was when I wanted skocic out. Reason I wanted skocic out was he lost the locker room.
