No way we have the mental fortitude to beat Japan or Saudi.

Our team is like a mouse that keeps going for the cheese in the wrong door and gets shocked everytime but keeps trying anyway whenever there is a ref call.

Iran-Saudi game is a 20' min Iran red card guaranteed.

That would be one AC for the ages.
You are the bus driver to bring us the ac trophy.

With Japan I agree with you , they just too much discipline for us to deal with,

Against ksa we would beat them base on emotions and ghirat only.

        Against Korea is 50/50
Since 96 we taked turn to knock eachother out
        until 2011.

With Australia THEIR COACH SAID LAST YEAR
        TO REVENGE 97,
Iran name the place and they meet them anywhere to play..for them HAVING HARD FOR TM LIKE THAT , it gives us chance to beat them.

        Against defending champs qatar,
they will park the bus😅 and we will attack
And their goal is take us to pk shoot out,, for sure easiest out of other number 1 seeds to beat.

I think to win it all we will play 2 of the above 5 teaMs if we top our group.
One in semi and 1 in final.

Don’t underestimate us. We can beat both, especially with a karbalad coach.

That's why AC2019 was such a disappointment and failure.
We had the best draw possible and only had to beat 1 out of Saudi/Japan/S.Korea/Australia to win the title.

              Still CQ fucked it up...Unbelieavable!
He managed to lose 3-0 against a Japan side having trouble beating the likes Turkmenistan,Oman,Vietnam...
We will probably never have as easy road to glory as in 2019..
              .
Anyways, we will win this damn tournament in 2024

My friend if we don’t get the title it’s considered a failure. Semifinals like 1996,2004,2019…are all failures in my book.

I'm not underestimating us. I think right now we are at a level to get to Semis(should be comfortable). We will most likely meet one of Japan/Saudi/South Korea and I don't have a lot of faith in our match management, preCQ, during CQ or after CQ.

Karbalad coaches seem to be few in our options right now. It's stated we have Ghalenoei, Tartar, Nekounam, Elhami, or Majidi by next week. Do we imagine any of these to win us the title? We need a serious squad update and I doubt it will happen.

Time will tell. What’s clearly in our favour this time is the absence of CQ.

We've reached the semi-finals only a handful of times since the revolution. Making the semis would be a huge success and would mean we maximized our ceiling.

In 2004, we came in third place.
