Upon re-evaluation it isnt that bad....the Australia one is the hardest group and I would rather play vs Palestine and UAE then Oman, Thailand.. or Syria Uzbekistan.

I realized that us getting Group A was not possible as Qatar was going to be there no matter what so the group we ended up with is better given the less options we had.

If Saudi, Australia & Japan win their group (which they will lol) they will be one the same side of the bracket.

If we win our group we will be on the opposite site, with Korea.

Iran-Korea will play in the QF. Win that game, and we will win the AC.

It would be funny if Korea doesn’t finish 1st in their group. We could have Korea, Japan, Saudi, Australia on the same side of the bracket…

IMO our group is by far the easiest. Most other groups will be tighter or have teams that can take points away from the pot 1 teams…..our group that’s not the case at all. This is one if UAE’s worst teams ever, and two very low level Asian teams in Palestine and Hong Kong who truthfully should be smashed by us even if we played with a team of bench players.

Would be nice but there could always be surprises, for example Australia becoming second or something. Anyways I hope we end up playing the easiest teams until the final 😍
